Den första restaurangen vi besöker, Sato, är en liten japansk izakaya. Hos Sato är kvalitet viktigare än kvantitet, både när det gäller mat och alkohol. Tonfisken är blåfenad tonfisk och den inlagda makrillen är färsk nog att ätas rå och lätt vinägerad. Kryddorna är noga utvalda så att du kan känna kvaliteten på japanska ingredienser. Mutsuko took us to places we’d never go alone. Great fun & laughs. Like being out at night with a friend. We don’t speak Japanese AT ALL. Her language was very good. We had a great time. Highly Recommend

We had a great time-the izakaya was so good. We tasted many dishes & sampled several Japanese drinks including sake & whisky. The ramen was tasty - the best we’d had in Tokyo. Hide-san was a friendly guide & we highly recommend this tour.

Our local guide Ferdinand guided us to three unique and diverse restaurants, as well as providing us with interesting and amusing history facts about the areas we were exploring. The highlight was finishing the night at a local standing bar, which we would not be able to normally do as tourists. Very fun, highly recommended!

Wonderful tour with Tetsu who made us feel comfortable and show us experiences we would never see by ourselves. We hope we can come back to Japan and do it again!

We did a wonderful food tour in Tokyo, Shimbashi quarter with the guide Mutsuko who was excellent and brought us to two typical Japanese restaurants that we would have never found if we were alone. It was a great evening!

We had the Shimbashi Night Food Tour, visiting izakayas and ramen shops favored by locals, guided by Keita Mizuki, in October 2024. It was a wonderful evening with an incredibly interesting person who speaks perfect English. Keita showed us very authentic places, provided tasty food, and explained each dish with engaging stories. We enjoyed traditional Japanese dishes like sashimi, well-cooked fried octopus, and fried fish. This experience was complemented by refreshing Akasaka beer. At the end, we had a stylish and well-organized dessert experience with tea and cake, which was delicious! Thank you to our fantastic guide Keita for this colorful excursion!
