Easy and efficient door to for transport from the cruise terminal to the airport. The driver arrived on time and was courteous and friendly
The driver was on time and had a nice car. We got lucky and were the only ones in the car. Highly recommend. I would use again.
My driver was incredibly friendly, on time, driving a very clean and nice car, and I was the only passenger which was a perk! I’d definitely recommend this service. Waiting for a coach bus after the cruise would have really stunk and I’m so glad I opted for this service. It’s worth it!!

Excellent service and affordable … arrived on time and were easy to find. I was anxious about the connection—but it went extremely smooth. They responded promptly when I had questions! Highly recommend EC Mini Bus shuttle. I have actually recommended them to my travel agent I was so pleased.
Arrived on time & we were the only customers on this transport in a nice Mercedes! Driver handled our bags so we didn't have to. Would highly recommend!
We will never use viator again. British air canceled our flight and rebooked us frto a flight 6 hours later and instead of Heathrow airport they sent us to London city airport. We asked viator to adjust our plans and bring us to London city airport because this was out of our control and they said “no because they have a no change rule policy no matter what”. We asked them to please be flexible and they refused. We will never use viator again nor will we recommend anyone to use viator.

Our driver was early and picked us up at the cruise terminal. Had our name placard. It was a very comfortable ride to St Paneras and he had waters for us. Wonderful.
Regular clear communication about pick up. Met by a lovely friendly helpful driver. Very comfortable vehicle and the couple I shared with were very interesting to chat to. Very pleasant journey from Southampton to Heathrow.
The ride was good from Southampton to London, but there was no identification of the shuttle or the driver at the ship terminal. No placard, no identification. We found the coordinator after an hour searching among the multitudes of passengers.

I'm happy to hear that you did make contact with our representative. we do provide a free UK number to call through to the office if you are not able to meet our representative by 8 am.
