We were well looked after on a beautiful boat. The operators took good care of is, and were a lot of fun.
We absolutely loved this cruise, great crew, snacks and drinks, saw a crocodile and a reasonable sunset 😁
Although the weather was against us (& so no sunset), this didn't really seem to matter, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our cruise. Booking and checking-in was easy and the two crew members were both friendly and professional. Spending part of the cruise on the ocean and part on the river, made the cruise more interesting than if we'd only been on the ocean, with neither part seeming rushed. Also: both the hot and cold food was delicious, with care taken to cater for my gluten-free needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed the sunset cruise! Flynn and Tahlia were fantastic hosts - gracious, knowledgeable, personable and funny! We’ll certainly do it again - maybe the far isles snorkelling!
Very relaxing evening cruise on a unique historical ship. A lovely way to view the stunning scenery of this beautiful region.
We sat on the upper deck of the Shoalin and could not hear any of the commentary the skipper was sharing to passengers below. When I asked if we could hear it, the assistant was surprised we wanted to hear it! We had music coming from the speaker but not the commentary. Very disappointing. We paid good money for an experience and heard nothing, and didn’t know what we were looking at. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good to take us out to the sea, and view the Port Douglas coastline, so we went up the grave yard for boats section of the river.
The cruise was enjoyable had to be cut short by the weather but the skipper was very informative about port Douglas and the area which help us.
