The operator operated by Sunny requested a return to the terminal from the Uspong Cruise Terminal to Nanjing Dongu. The office responded quickly to inquiries at all times, the driver also kept the timing and responded kindly to the request for change in boarding hours.
Our driver was on time and held a sign with our names. The vehicle was large and air conditioned — he gave us some history of the city and recommendations. Overall great experience

<p>We were met outside the baggage area and taken right outside immediately to a waiting car. Could not have been easier. Great driver and informative guide along the way to the hotel.</p>
<p>It took me 3 hours to clear customs in the middle of the night. Guide said he had never had to wait that long before and even checked to make sure I was OK. Would recommend for anyone arriving in Shanghai.</p>

<p>The guide and driver made no attempt to welcome or even speak with us. They were clearly at the airport to collect and drop off. We asked a few questions but realised this was pointless so just sat back and watched the view from the window.</p>
