Vägledd steg för steg av en vänlig lokal barista, kommer du att bemästra konsten att brygga med det traditionella finfiltret, skapa det ikoniska Hanoi äggkaffe och utforska upp till sex olika lokala stilar, inklusive två trendiga favoriter – salt kaffe och kokos kaffe. Varje gäst kommer att brygga och smaka sin egen kopp, få lätt att följa recept och en liten takeaway present, och lämna med tillförsikt att återskapa dessa autentiska smaker hemma. This was a nice workshop to try the specialty vietnam coffees. My favourite was the egg coffee. Claire, the instructor, was very knowledgeable and kind and thought us about the history and origin of the coffee. Would recommend!
