I so enjoyed boating far and away from the hustle and bustle. The crew were so fun and entertaining. I was able to kayak and I was looked out for by other passengers too. It was wonderful! The only thing I would change is maybe softer music at times or some type of inserted break blaring the speakers. Quiet time is a good thing and people can talk or recharge looking out into the ocean.
We had an absolutely incredible time at Seventh Heaven Fiji! The 6-hour experience on the floating platform was the perfect way to relax, enjoy the beautiful ocean, and soak up the Fiji sunshine. The atmosphere was amazing, the views were stunning, and the whole experience felt like a true tropical escape. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the day even more enjoyable. From relaxing on the platform to swimming in the crystal-clear water, every moment was unforgettable. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, fun, and breathtaking scenery. Highly recommend Seventh Heaven to anyone visiting Fiji — it’s definitely an experience you don’t want to miss! 🌴☀️🌊
The experience was mostly good, but they cordoned off the entire second floor for the duration of the activity. I was disappointed because this meant we didn't have access to half of the platform, including the "leap of faith," which was one of the main attractions for this activity.
We had an amazing time at Seventh Heaven. The drinks were flowing and the vibe was awesome. The staff were welcoming and attentive. We took a small dingy out to the sandbar while our daughter swam out to meet us. She also did some kayaking, snorkeling, diving and swimming. We did some dancing and chilled on the platform. Bula Vinaka!!!
This was so much better than cloud 9. Such a wholesome experience. All the staff were lovely. So accomodating so friendly had an amazing day. Highly recommend. Is bigger and has nice amenities than cloud 9. Both are beautiful but for comfort and families this is the one to choose.
My Airbnb wasn’t on the pickup list, though it was in the same area, so I asked if I could be picked up or needed to make my own way. Customer service stopped replying mid-conversation, leaving me hanging even on the morning of the tour. Eventually, I decided it was safer to just head to the departure port on my own. It’s okay if you can't pick up from certain locations, just communicate clearly. Ghosting customers like this is not a good look.
Our trip today to Seventh Heaven was amazing! I could not recommend it more, the crew were the most lovely and welcoming people and made sure that we were well fed and all good all throughout the day. We felt at home, so much to do and also the chance to relax. 11/10 would reccommend!!! shoutout to milly and rex and all crew for the amazing service -sophie & micho 2026
The pontoon itself was pleasant, but unfortunately the overall experience was overshadowed by several serious issues. After eating the chicken dumplings I purchased on the pontoon, I became severely ill with food poisoning and was incapacitated for the following two days. I had not eaten anything since the previous afternoon, so I can isolate the food eaten at the pontoon to be the result. I also found that the company charged additional fees at nearly every opportunity. Unlike comparable tours that provide snorkeling equipment free of charge, this tour charged $15 for equipment despite the snorkeling itself being mediocre. I was also charged $26 for transportation from my hotel to the marina. I was initially told that this covered a round trip. However, because I planned to remain at the port for dinner and would not require the return journey, I asked whether the fee could be adjusted to reflect the one-way trip. I was told that the company would keep the full amount regardless. This was especially frustrating because the driver appeared to have been independently hired by the company rather than being a regular member of its staff. The most concerning aspect of the day was the atmosphere surrounding alcohol consumption. I understand that tour operators cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of individual guests, but the crew appeared to tolerate, and at times encourage, an unsafe level of drinking. One group became extremely intoxicated, shouted profanities when there were families present (who were visibly uncomfortable), and behaved disruptively for much of the journey. At one point, a woman in the group appeared to be experiencing a medical emergency and vomited twice on the floor of the boat. Rather than moving her to a safer, isolated area, the crew moved the other passengers to one side and repeatedly splashed water over the vomit in an attempt to clean it. This only spread the contamination further, and many passengers ended up with vomit and dirty water on their shoes. Combined with the deafeningly loud music and the continued rowdy behaviour, this made the return journey deeply nauseating. I’m usually very generous when it comes to reviews, but I would avoid this if returning to Fiji.
Experience was beautiful & service was amazing
This is a fab day trip for the whole family. Beautiful seating, lively atmosphere and divine ocean swimming. Only downside was the extremely loud music.
