En typisk promenad (måttlig) är en 16 km (10 miles) slinga som börjar och slutar i Seaford, 5-6 timmar inklusive lunch och förfriskningar. Övriga start-/upphämtningsplatser finns - diskuteras efter bokning. Alla promenader har fantastisk utsikt över Seven Sisters Cliffs, Seaford Head och Cuckmere Haven. Din Guide Matt tar dig till platser som bara är kända för lokalbefolkningen, inklusive havslandskap, fantastiska vita klippor, floder, skogar, avskilda byar, jordbruksmark och Downland kullar. Vänligen bär lämpliga kläder och skor lämpliga för promenader! Vi kan göra det lättare för dem som föredrar att hoppa på en buss tillbaka till Seaford efter att ha stannat för lunch, vilket gör det tillgängligt och aktivt utan att vara alltför fysiskt krävande! Vår ackrediterade reseguide möter dig vid Seaford Beach och vi kommer att ha cirka 15 minuter på oss att ta en lätt förfriskning och ta in landskapet innan vi börjar vår promenad
Vi går från Seaford Head till Cuckmere Haven med ett stopp vid Hope Gap (om tidvattnet tillåter kommer vi att gå ner till stranden). Detta erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över The Seven Sisters vita klippor.
Vi går längs den vackra floden Cuckmere till Seven Sisters Visitors Centre.
Vi stannar i 45 minuter för drinkar och lunch (ingår ej) på Saltmarsh Farmhouse Cafe. Vandrare kommer också att ha möjlighet att köpa souvenirer och lära sig om de omgivande områdena vid centret. En kort promenad från besökscentret avslöjar fantastisk utsikt över den slingrande Cuckmere River. Vi kommer att ta en kort (men brant) promenad till Friston Forest och sedan gå ner till Cuckmere Haven på South Downs Way.
Vi kommer att återvända till Seaford Bay via Chyngton Farm och passera enorma fält med får och boskap. Detta erbjuder vår tredje härliga vy av de sju systrarna. Det finns en möjlighet att besöka Brewsters Coffee Co. vid Seaford Head om vandrare vill stanna. Vår anständiga passerar oss genom Seaford Head Golf Club (en favoritplats för vår guide, Matt!) När vi väl kommer tillbaka till havet tar Matt dig mer än gärna till ett av sina favorithus och delar en pint av en. av många fantastiska lokala ales.

This was a fantastic walking tour. Matt was a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, always willing to answer our questions and have a good conversation. The tour was really interesting, showing us to a number of things that only a good local guide can. We would highly recommend this tour to those looking for a good walk, great scenery and good company.

I really enjoyed my walking tour through Seven Dials with Matt. He was a fantastic guide — knowledgeable about the area’s history, as well as the local plants and birds we came across along the way. I especially appreciated how he set clear expectations about the level of difficulty and kept the pace comfortable for me throughout the walk. A great mix of history, nature, and thoughtful guidance. The weather wasn't on our side, but Matt turned a cloudy day into a beautiful walk through the rolling Sussex hills. It was very pleasant to hear local stories and small details that I never imagined! I hope to return as soon as possible ... maybe with some more sunshine 😂😂😂

Spectacular views of the Seven Sisters on this walk. Enjoyed the variety of scenery from the coastal chalk cliffs, the meandering Cuckmere River and the sheep we saw as we passed the farms. Matt was a wonderful host and guide. Being solo, I was a bit leary. Matt proved to be super easy to talk to and he provided lots of historical and interesting facts about the Seven Sisters and the surrounding area. I could not recommend Matt highly enough. A truly enjoyable and lovely day from beginning to end.

Took this trip at the beginning of October on my own. I contacted the guide beforehand re meeting point specifics etc and got a helpful and timely response. The views on this trip were fantastic-of course the better the weather the better the views. Matt was a very considerate guide-ie checking in with the party re aspects of the walk, difficulty of some parts of the terrain etc. This IS a proper walk ie need the correct shoes and clothing , good level of fitness etc. A stop for lunch in a lovely cafe and a brief visit to a lovely gift sjhop added to the enjoyment. Matt knows a lot about local history which added to the interest of the trip and was very happy to answer questions and make other recommendations. I would be very happy to go on another walking trip organised by Matt. He's a great guide-you are in safe hands. For someone who likes nature and a good walk I would thoroughly recommend this trip.

My husband and I booked this walk to see the beautiful scenery along the English Channel and the Seven Sisters White Cliffs and it was worth every step. You will only get this unique view with Matt as your guide. He is very personable and easy to visit with. We walked along the the beach at Seaford and up along the cliffs of Seven Sisters. The views were amazing. We also took some lovely walking paths leading us through the hilly forest area nearby with trees all around. Just a beautiful walk. Lots of people hike and walk and bike here. This is geared towards those who are fairly fit and ours was an 8 hour hike, aprx 40k steps for the day. There are places in which you can take a break or even shorten the steps of you need. Thank you, Matt, for showing so much of the area to us. It was a walk we will never forget! Excellent!
