Lake Chambos, very beautiful. But in a wheelchair not possible to go to the lake, and not to access it at the picnic table. And yet there are places to park for disabled people. Much to improve

We bought a first class ticket which took us upstairs on the ferry , we had a beautiful lunch on board and a glass of wine , scenery was magnificent and crew were fantastic .
We took advantage of having a weekday off to be able to enjoy the lake crossing and its panorama to the fullest...
The tour was great, exactly as described. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall very satisfied with the experience.
Booked the all day pass for 4 people, quite expensive and directions were not clear from Tour Operator as the boat only came twice daily to the stop we needed, which was not clear and times were challenging. Also difficult to follow times and locations. Would not book ahead, would book onsite to ensure you can speak with someone to understand pick up locations and times as well as time length for pickup and drop off. We would not pre-book this again. This is basically an upscale ferry going to/from various locations on both lakes with access to the boat.
You book a ticket through us and then complain about where the ships leave from. Just because you booked a hotel that is on the lake but doesn't have its own boat stop, this tour is now rated poorly. We sent you the documents including a map, site plan and timetable three weeks before departure. But it's not until 9 a.m. on the day of the trip that you realized you are in a completely different place. How did you even find Switzerland? No, there are no ferry boats like for Staten Island in NY, they are scheduled scenic lake cruise ships on Lake Thun and Lake Brienz that leave almost every hour. But you didn't even follow our suggestion to to take the bus for 10 minutes from the hotel to the closest boat station, where you would have had comfortably taken a tour on the ship. This review is clearly due to a mentally impaired ability to think on your part.
I just finished the boat ride around lack of Thun . It is an amazing trip.. the view, the villages we passed, the service on the boat is excellent.. very relaxing.. definitely recommend..

Lake Thun :A gorgeous stretch of blue and teal with trees on either side of the water is nothing short of spectacular. I was completely in awe when we got on the boat. The lake was magnificent and the colours were gorgeous. We saw houses on the edge of the lake and mountains hovering near them. There was also a small waterfall somewhere in the middle. But as the evening progressed, the winds became extremely cold to a point where it became intolerable and we had to step inside. The boat itself was quite old, beautiful, and well-maintained. There is a restaurant and a snack bar but you will need to be seated in the dining area to be served. It can get crowded so you may want bring some snacks and beverages for the long ride. P.S. A Swiss Travel Pass is an ideal option to avoid long queues.
We bought these day passes the day before, during a short visit to Interlaken, as we'd decided to skip Jungfraujoch due to the weather forecast. We were so pleased that we did. First class tickets allow you to sit on the upper decks which are less crowded and more spacious. We loved being on the lake and had breathtaking views of all the lovely villages as we went, and the mountains as well. We loved being able to stop off wherever we liked, and then catch the boat again later to visit another location or return to Interlaken. We stopped at Oberhofen and had lunch in the gorgeous cafe right at the dock, before exploring the castle. An excellent day pass, and a really comfortable and beautiful cruising experience.
