My trip to Nami Island became even more memorable thanks to such a wonderful and friendly tour guide. From the very beginning, truly welcomed. Every explanation was delivered with warmth and patience. His kindness, positive energy, and attention to every little detail made our experience in Korea unforgettable. Our tour guide Patrick (nee YoungJin) was an extraordinarily talented, smart, witty, and helpful gentleman! He made our tour of these places even more enjoyable and thrilling! The charming Garden of Morning Calm set us on a pleasant state of contemplative mood; the Nami Island with its beautiful tree lined roads and a serene landscape filled us with positive energies; while the rail bike ride in Gangchon Rail Park took us to a dizzying level of physical and mental excitement! We would highly recommend this triple combo tour, which deserves a 5-star rating, to other tourists as well! We want to take up this tour again in our future travel back to Korea!
We were told we would get détails by email the day before, but we didn’t and we were missing the return time. I wrote 5 different messages 3 different ways while there (email, Viator and KUP) to finally get a response several hours later. It didn’t ruin my day, but it was bothersome. If we had had the information in the promised email, I would have given it 5 stars.
The shuttle was comfortable. It’s cheaper than getting a whole package. Easy to buy nami entrance ticket. Driver was readily available
Robert was a great driver & host. Wonderful lunch stop featuring trafional Lorean faire. Trip was efficient & easy all around. We’d gladly recommend this tour.

The seats in the coach are very uncomfortable with minimal leg room (less than a budget airline). The tour company gets you to download a chat app but they never respond. I came back via train which was quicker, cheaper and easier
