The cruise lasted longer than we anticipated. We went aboard at 9pm to watch the sunset. It was a beautiful sunset with the cool wind cooling us off after the extreme heat in Paris. You see all the sights from the water while taking some pictures.

Inaudible comments making the cruise almost uninteresting

The reservation time is just a formality. There is a very long line. We are leaving late, I am 45 minutes late. The boat is definitely overloaded. Never again. A walk along the shore is better.

We arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 cruise, and the boat staff refused to honor our booking - they claimed the ticket was an “anytime” ticket and sent us to the back of a queue that would take at least 2 hours to clear. The whole reason I booked a specific time was so I didn’t have to sit in a queue. Needless to say, we didn’t stay. Very frustrating and disappointing

It was a nice boat Trip and made so much fun and was so worth the Money but it was way to full and way to less structure in the etrance so it way very thight and stressfull in the beginning and also we hat a Trip at 9 p.m. but because it was so Full we needed to wait until 9:30. Wold still recomand it but maybe you can work on that for the future guests.

Too crowded. Needed to stand on ticket purchase line even though I paid in advance

Boat was late and the company made hundreds of people cram in front of the gate for half an hour in the hot weather. Many people didn’t have a seat on the cruise and it was pretty cramped near the sides. Inhumane company overbooking their cruises for profit!

Seeing Paris from the Seine River was a bucket list item. It was a nice warm sunny day and it was great to see all the sites while relaxing on the boat. Remember to take your earphones and grab a brochure to be able to use the QR code to get audio guide on your phone - otherwise you can listen to the guide on the loud speaker but is challenging to hear at times and is announced in multiple languages.
