While I would highly recommend Burton Transit as a transfer in Seattle, it has been on 2 occasions now that we booked them through Viator and were called by the transit company itself as the information on hourly rate is wrong. Viator notes that the transfer is from airport to city hotel, but Burton explained that their minimum ride is 3 hours and not an hour as explained on Viator's website. So the cost was 3 times the amount quoted. There is definitely a communication breakdown between Burton and Viator. So I had 30 people requesting rides and I had to cancel and rebook several.

Very friendly & accommodating! Took us the hotel, waited for us to check in our bags & then drove us to the Fish Market later returned us back to the hotel.

Disappointed that the driver did not meet us inside airport. Driver did not engage in any conversation with us during the ride. Just a regular experience-could have gotten the same using Uber.
