Börja ditt besök på SEA LIFE Manchester genom att gå in i vår interaktiva Turtle Beach-upplevelse. Denna unika 3D-projektionsupplevelse navigerar dig genom livet för en havssköldpadda när du följer dessa otroliga varelser genom deras livscykel från ägget till havet! Ta ett äventyr, djupt in i världens undervattensgrottasystem och hitta några av de konstigaste och skrämmande varelserna. Kom ansikte mot ansikte med vår spiny lejonfisk eller se den giftiga och dödliga grisfisken, bättre känd som pufferfisken. Var förtrollad av vackra månmaneter i vår interaktiva färgförändringsbehållare. Välj bara en färg och se dessa unika varelser från ett nytt perspektiv när de flyter graciöst och mystiskt runt tanken. Visste du att maneter inte har hjärnor, mage, blod, hjärta eller ögon? Din första introduktion till den fascinerande berättelsen om hajar, men innan du möter dem kommer du att transporteras till en värld av djuphavsdjur som skulle vara gömd bort i ett skeppsbrott. Försök att upptäcka vår gemensamma bläckfisk, Octopus Prime, som älskar att gömma sig i hennes tankar. Steg under tittartanken och se våra svarta revhajar simma över huvudet! Ta en promenad under havet när du passerar genom vår fantastiska glastunnel. Stora glittrande fiskar fladderar bredvid dig medan vår enorma gröna havssköldpadda Ernie glider långsamt över huvudet. Se upp för vår napoleon wrasse Bonaparte som glider med sina livfulla blå ögon och graciösa fenor. Se hajar och strålar som glider enkelt genom vår tropiska havstank, omgiven av hundratals färgglada havsfiskar. Ernie den gröna havssköldpaddan älskar att komma och säga hej till dig här och du kan till och med se våra egna dykare och våra SeaTREK-gäster härifrån när de utforskar undervattensvärlden. Gå in i Stingray Bay och bli fascinerad av våra glada och smileystrålar. Låt deras positiva natur ta bort dina bekymmer i detta avkopplande och magiska utrymme. Turtle tallk guide needed to speak louder. No cafe available, just machine food. Rock pool interaction was the best experience. Very low level entertainment over in no time- less than 90 mins
Did the sea turtle experience today and it was amazing. Kyle our tour guide was fabulous and very informative on any questions he was asked. It was lovely to get so close

I took my daughter today for the feed the turtles experience. It was amazing and definitely a core memory. Andre who led our experience was brilliant, professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and passionate. He made our experience exceptional!

Absolutely amazing we loved it worth visiting once. It was hard to get to sea life Manchester would be nice if put a navigation board near the bus stops.

We took our 7 month old for her first trip to the aquarium. We, as a family, had a brilliant time. She was able to look at all the displays and took everything in. The staff were lovely and spoke to us and acknowledged the baby. There’s a lovely play area in the middle of the experience, however she’s a bit too young so we didn’t explore that, but it looked fun! We went smack bang in the middle of the heatwave but you couldn’t tell inside as it was lovely and cool. Gift shop was stocked with a variety of things and the lady on the till there was very kind and chatty.

Visited Manchester Sea Life for the VIP Turtle Feeding experience and it did not disappoint. Seeing the turtle up close and being able to feed him was an awesome experience and well worth the money we paid to do this as a couple. The staff member taking us through our experience, Melissa, was very friendly, helpful (took loads of photos and video for us) and very happy to share her knowledge with us which was very much appreciated. It is one of the smaller Sea Life centres we have visited but there was still a good amount to see, all the staff were very friendly (alas I cannot remember the name of the lovely lady who served us coffee and a lovely chat about other zoos and highly recommended Scarborough's Sea Life to us and probably influencing our next trip!). Overall we spent a very enjoyable few hours there and would visit again.

My family and I went to sea life Manchester on a day out to celebrate me finishing my degree in May and I was surprised with the feeding the turtle experience. Maya, the absolutely lovely lady she is, told us all about not just Ernie the sea turtle (who is adorable and MASSIVE by the way!) but also about all the other sea creatures in the aquarium as well!! One of my favourite places to go is the aquarium and if you’re looking to go for a day out whether you live in Manchester or not, sea life is always a must!! I definitely will try the shark tank the next time we go to make new memories!!! I can’t thank Maya enough for making this a new memory for myself, my brother and my nephew who enjoyed seeing all the types of fish there! She’s amazing!!

Really disappointed for the price. It was very tired inside. Around it very fast. A lot of hidden extras such as the VR headset and then a lady asked my son if he wanted to try kick the ball in a flimsy net to which he said yes but then said 2 pounds for a kick! Would not recommend at all, have been to much better aquariums for a fraction of the cost. The soft play area was very tired and grubby, so much so I didn't want the kids to play in it. For us, would not be recommending.

Lovely staff and exhibitions. Unfortunately there was a nursery school trip which meant we weren’t able to see everything and struggled to use toilet facilities. It would be better if we could be notified when booking tickets that a school trip was taking place so we could’ve chosen an alternative time
