I was fortunate to be 1 of only 6 in our tour group. Our guide was delightful, extremely knowledgeable, and very comfortable in her guidance. I had an excellent experience, learned a lot of history, and saw amazing rooms and gardens. Worth learning the U bahn to get there and back!
We prefer a human guide over an audio guide. Lena explained the history of the palace and the Hapsburgs and answered our questions. We got to see some rooms and a section of the garden. We wished we could have seen more of the palace but parts were being renovated :(

A very full and enjoyable day. Our guide Lena was incredibly informative and enthusiastic about the tour. Little late going in but made up the time. Highly recommend viewing the palace, gardens and a beautiful zoo.

Very nice visit to one of the beautiful castles in Europe that we visited, easy to get there with the Hop on-Hop off of the blue line that arrives directly at the meeting point.

During the summer months the sun can be oppressive but Lena’s presentation (sometimes from a woman’s perspective TY) was great. For the first time I actually heard some thoughts from the Austrian side of the first and second WWs.
The gardens are immense, and you’ll probably have to walk to the top of the Gloriette on your own. We were there on a hot day, but it was still a great tour. The interior of the palace is def worth seeing (rococo)
