Vår motivation är att dela vår erfarenhet av forsränning genom vår huvudguide - National Competitor of Rafting Team (2018) i Costa Rica. Vi fokuserar på att ha en selektiv grupp av erfarna guider som ger den mest autentiska delen av Costa Rica för par, familjer och vänner som vill uppleva och utforska södra Stilla havet Costa Rica. Vårt team ger en chans att prova nya och spännande upplevelser omgivna av naturen. Vackra körningar som tar dig genom kuperade landskap till rafting 'drop-off punkt. Kind staff that is fun, interactive, and awesome with kids this is our second rafting trip with them and we will be back.
The guides were all amazing. The lunch and the photos were a great addition to the tour.
We went on the most AMAZING rafting trip today with Costa Rica Explorers. From the moment we arrived we felt so safe and excited about our trip to the river. We boarded the best truck with our raft on top! The kids loved being on the back of the truck and the anticipation built. With Jouse & Romain really looking after us and Kenneth our driver who kept everything safe and waited for our arrival at the end of the trip! We stopped at a beautiful herb and chilli 🌶️ garden on the way to share an Enpanada with the locals. Then a beautiful viewpoint at Rafiki lodge. All the way Romain telling us about his beautiful country. When we arrived at the top of the river we were kitted out and ready to ride the rapids! This trip was so personalised - just the four of us - Mum, Dad, 2 kids age 10 and 8 and Romain our main man in the raft and then Jouse in a canoe following us and then going ahead to take photos. This has been the HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Costa Rica! We all loved it! Clear instructions of what to do in the raft - lots of fun and giggles as well as a few screams! The river was kind to us, enough rapids for fun and some peaceful moments where the kids could jump in and float, whilst we snapped the scenery. We stopped at a beautiful waterfall for lunch - where we could swim! The lunch was delicious all freshly made and laid out on the base of the canoe! Just awesome! If we come back we might brave some bigger rapids as we loved it so much! Thanks again. This is an amazing trip for any family - don’t hesitate - book and you will have the time of your lives!

Our family of 6 decided to do this rafting trip together. Before we even arrived at the river, we already felt that we had got our money's worth! Jake was so knowledgeable about Costa Rican wildlife, plant life, agriculture, culture, economics, local villages, sports, etc. He answered our many questions during our drive through the jungle to the river. Along the way, he even introduced us to a lovely local couple who hosted us with homemade empanadas, drinks and a tour of their garden. It was our first day in the country and we felt we had gained a great overview for local life, flora, and fauna. On the river, safety followed by fun were the priorities. We felt well taken-care of and had a great time rafting and swimming. The staff were very patient with the less experienced rafters and worked tirelessly with smiles on their faces. Lunch was healthy & delicious and included a brief walk to a beautiful waterfall. So much fun, knowledge, and a great bonding experience. (Included photos too!) Highly recommend!!!

Went rafting (II/III) first week of March. Waterlevel was a bit low so they proposed to take us a bit further up river for extra rapids. Top. Since I have difficulties with my knees, getting to the raft was a challenge. No worries, I could bring along my trekkingpoles to get to the raft and even walked to the waterfall and had a swim. They never let me out of their eyesight. Felt very save and secure all the way. And… I will need at least 5 extra lines to discribe the superb lunch they prepared. They made me experience something I thought would be impossible for me to do. Love them all! Muchos gracias.

We had the BEST time white water rafting with Explore Adventures in Dominical. Seriously, from start to finish, everything was amazing. The river itself was absolutely beautiful, and the whole experience was such a perfect mix of fun, adventure, and feeling completely safe. Our guide, Josue, was incredible, so skilled, calm, and confident. You could tell he really knew what he was doing, which let us fully relax and just enjoy the ride (and the rapids!). One of the coolest parts was their photographer, Yuedy, who went ahead in a kayak with a professional camera and captured the most epic shots of us going through the rapids. The photos and videos turned out AMAZING, and the best part? He sent us the link right away through WhatsApp before we even left. So seamless and impressive. And the lunch… WOW. About halfway through, they flipped one of the rafts over and created the most beautiful, fresh, and delicious spread right there by the river. It honestly felt like a gourmet meal in the middle of the jungle. Such a unique and thoughtful touch. Shoutout as well to Kenneth, our driver, everything was smooth, easy, and well organized from beginning to end. You can tell this team truly cares and goes above and beyond. Nothing felt rushed or half-done, they delivered a top-tier experience the entire time. We’re already talking about going again and trying different rapids! If you’re considering rafting in Costa Rica, this is 100% the company to go with.

3 generation family of 4. We had a great time. We went the end of Feb and the water was low, so more 2's but is was still a lot of fun. They took us up higher for the better water. We had a nice stop on the way up and toured a garden and could purchase yummy empanadas. The lunch was fantastic!! and a nice waterfall stop, with a very short walk. Highly recommend. They were easy to work with and both our guide and Kayak photographer were wonderful!

I heard about CRExplorers from friends who raved about their trip, so my expectations were high. But our experience exceeded even my expectations. I was impressed right away with the quality of service: friendly, polite, happy to answer any questions. The crew consisted of Jake who welcomed us and helped us through the consent forms, Tigra who was to be our guide and navigator of the raft, and Kenneth who took us and our equipment to the put-in point and picked us up at the end of rafting. At all points we knew we were safe and in good hands. On the ride to the put-in and during our stop for lunch Jake demonstrated a good knowledge of Costa Rican plants, their names, families, and medicinal properties. He rode along with us in his small kayak, sometimes ahead and sometimes behind, but always taking photos of our adventure to share with us later. Tigra showed her long experience as a Whitewater rafter in her excellent handling of the raft and by leadership that turned us rapidly into a team that worked well together. Kenneth spoke only Spanish and was quiet, but was there when we needed him and handled the van in some very tricky situations. As for the rafting: It was just the right level for us as we all had either minimal or no experience with rafting. There were good stretches of rapids, and moments when I felt a quick pang of fear, but mostly it was just exhilarating. We stopped for a healthy lunch prepared rapidly and artistically by Tigra as Jake guided us to the bottom of a lovely waterfall where we swam and learned more about the local plants. More than anything else I was impressed by the team members : It was clear that they love what they do and wanted us to love our time with them. We did. Oh: just to say that two of us are over 70 years of age, just in case you're wondering if you're too old for this kind if thing. ☺️
