The best boat tour you can find in Saranda. Our third time here and it did not disappoint in a single moment. Our crew had fun during all of the trip. we went on the trip last week and had a mixed day. We left Sarande and worked our way along the coastline which in all honesty was pretty unexciting..we had a swim stop and then stopped in Krorez Bay for lunch and a sunbathe...we were rushed back to the boat an hr early due to 'big waves' We went out to open water and it was a wild ride for about 20 mins! just wanted to thank the captain for getting us back to port safely as I know that alot of people in that bay had to walk up into the hills as sea was too rough!

Terrible boat experience, the host was so rude never took to places that we were supposed to see, no food stop and was asked to swim till the shore to get food if needed , the trip got finished early and when asked about it she used the f word and asked me to leave the country or she’ll call the police on me. Not tourist friendly. I don’t advice anyone to go through this
We are truly surprised by this review, as it does not reflect the reality of what happened during the day. First of all, this guest was not originally booked with our company or our boat, but with a different small speedboat operator. Despite this, in order to help them not lose their excursion, we welcomed them onboard our large boat as a gesture of goodwill and hospitality. Throughout the tour, all scheduled services were provided according to sea and weather conditions. At no point was any guest forced into unsafe situations, and food service arrangements were clearly explained, exactly as they are for all passengers. What is most disappointing is that after completing the tour, the guest repeatedly demanded money from our staff despite never having made any payment to our company directly. When this request could not be fulfilled, we were met with aggressive behavior and later with this extremely exaggerated and false review. Our team works very hard every day to offer safe, enjoyable, and respectful experiences to hundreds of visitors from all over the world. Fortunately, the large majority of our guests leave happy and appreciate the professionalism and care of our crew. We always welcome honest feedback, but we cannot accept false accusations and misleading statements intended only to damage our reputation.
Very bad experience with this agency. They hide behind "bad weather" to cancel certain stops and not take us to the islands planned in the itinerary. No real solution or compensation was offered. Moreover, it was impossible for non-swimmers to go down to Pegasus Island, which was a problem for parents with babies, as they had to reach the island... by swimming! It is unacceptable that no secure alternative is provided for all clients. The overall organization was disappointing, and all the clients present were satisfied with the excursion. Many unfulfilled promises and a service that was far from being worth the price paid. I do not recommend this agency at all.
We are even more surprised to read this review because it contains information that is completely false and easily verifiable. There is no “Pegasus Island” in Saranda or anywhere on our tour itinerary. This alone clearly shows how inaccurate and exaggerated these statements are. As already explained, this group was not originally booked with our company, but with another speedboat operator. Despite this, we accepted them onboard our larger boat so they would not lose their excursion completely. Unfortunately, instead of appreciating this effort, we are now facing multiple misleading reviews from the same group. Sea excursions are always subject to weather and sea conditions, and any route adjustment is made exclusively for passenger safety by the captain and crew. This is standard maritime procedure and not, as suggested here, an excuse to “hide” parts of the program. We also strongly reject the claim that “all customers were dissatisfied.” The vast majority of our guests continue to enjoy their experience with us every day and appreciate the professionalism, safety, and hospitality of our team. Constructive criticism is always welcome, but publishing false information, invented locations, and coordinated negative reviews simply to damage a business reputation is neither fair nor honest.

I choose this boat because of the large sun deck, instead of all the speedboats doing the same route on sea. Thanks to that I still enjoyed the couple of hours on the sea. However. the Krorez beach for lunch was dirty and filled with old and broken sunloungers. The lunch itself felt like a rip-off and the promised drink was not included at the lunch. Buying the same lunch at the same restaurant would have been cheaper compared to the pre-booked lunch with the agency. They staff could improve safety measures, since they packed way too many people on the small tender boat to bring us ashore on the beach.

As for the lunch, we work with local beach restaurants to provide convenience for guests who prefer pre-booking, but prices and service are managed directly by the restaurant itself. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly discuss your comments with them in order to improve the overall experience. Safety is always a priority for our crew, especially during tender transfers, which are commonly used in beaches without a dock due to the protected natural landscape. Nevertheless, we value your observations and will continue working to ensure maximum comfort and organization for all guests.
