Stratus was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable on wine and added fun facts as we drove between wineries. VIP Experience at each winery. Plenty of snacks. We grew a deeper appreciation for the quality of wines. We’ve toured many wine regions in the world and this was a highlight.

Absolutely loved our sunset winery tour! We had some delicious wines with just the right amount of explanation, as well as some wonderful cheeses and other snacks. Hotel pick up and drop off is so convenient, and we saw many parts of the island that we would not have otherwise had the chance to visit without renting a car. The perfect way to spend the evening!

You could feel how much he loves what he does, and that energy was infectious. Stratos didn’t just lead a tour—he created a full-on experience. He made us feel welcome, kept us laughing, and taught us so much without ever making it feel like a lecture. The wines we tasted were all delicious, each with their own story and character, and the settings were stunning—charming local wineries with postcard-worthy views at every turn. And then came the sunset. Wow. Sipping wine while watching the sun dip into the Aegean from a perfect vantage point—truly magical. We also loved that the tour gave us the chance to see more of the island beyond the typical spots. It was a perfect blend of sightseeing, culture, and relaxation.
