What an incredible day we had in Santorini all thanks to Megan & George at VIP Transfers & Tours! Megan skillfully arranged every detail in advance and ensured we had a well planned itinerary and all the logistics thoroughly communicated. Our driver and tour guide George arrived in a beautiful and extremely comfortable luxury vehicle and took us all around the island. George was so charming and knowledgeable about the island and took us to all of the most interesting and also some non-touristy places. Mary was a FABULOUS tour guide. She is knowledgeable and personable and our 5 hour tour allowed us to find all of the best photo spots on the island. And Mary acts as photographer too! Last stop was at a local restaurant down by the black beach and it was a great ending to our day.

Our guide, Nikolas, made the entire day feel like we were spending time with a friend rather than being on a tour. His personality, energy, and genuine passion for Santorini made the experience unforgettable. We had great conversations throughout the day and learned so much about everyday life in Greece, both on Santorini and beyond. Nikolas went above and beyond in every way. He took incredible photos of us at every stop, recommended local dishes for us to try before giving us several lunch options, and was always patient whenever we needed to slow down. His attention to detail and kindness made us feel completely taken care of. If you're visiting Santorini on a cruise, this is absolutely the best way to see the island without wasting half your day waiting for the cable car. The cable car is the primary way for cruise passengers to reach the town, and with thousands of people arriving from multiple ships, the lines can be incredibly long. Instead, this tour uses a water shuttle, which turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. The scenic 20-minute boat ride offers spectacular views of Santorini's dramatic cliffs before arriving on the opposite side of the island. Your guide meets you there, allowing you to begin exploring immediately while avoiding the crowds that are still waiting for the cable car. We were able to experience some of Santorini's most beautiful locations before they became busy, which made a huge difference.

Where do I begin?! We had the most wonderful time VIP Transfers and Tours. We chose to visit a few wineries and opted to do it this way so that we could choose where we wanted to go and have it just be us. What we did not expect was how absolutely wonderful our driver, Mary (Maria), would be. She really made our whole day. She knew everything there is to know about the island and turned what we thought would just be a private transport from winery to winery into a full tour. She was funny, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. If you search for “semi-private” wine tours you will see that the price is not drastically different than just booking directly through this company, and it is so so worth it. The instructions on Viator are a bit confusing about meeting the Driver, especially when the traveller does not know Santorini. We had to call the customer service phone twice for absolute clarity. Our driver arrived early, and we spent a very pleasant 4 hours with her. There was no language barrier. She was very informative and accommodating. Santorini is warm and very crowded, so the 4 hour highlights trip was the perfect amount of time. Even with moderate walking, it’s tiring. Santorini is stunning!

Santorini 5hr tour with 3 teens and husband we saw the red beach (incredible!) black beach and took pictures at every sight. Nikko was exceptional!! Rode in a new Mercedes van, he was very knowledgeable, got us in/out quickly and efficient. Highly recommend VIP Santorini. 10/10!!
