It was amazing our driver was amazing we were late he waited for us and was very polite he was excellent
Puerto Rico Private Transportation provided excellent service from San Juan International Airport to our hotel in Condado. Christian met us promptly at the baggage claim area and patiently waited until our luggage arrived. He helped with our bags and guided us to a premium SUV for the short ride to the hotel. The vehicle was comfortable, stocked with complimentary water, and made the 10–15 minute drive relaxing. When we fly into a destination for the first time, we prefer not to gamble on a taxi or Uber without knowing who’s operating it. With Puerto Rico Private Transportation, we had the peace of mind that comes from a company vetted by TripAdvisor and supported by many positive reviews. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely book with them again on our next trip to San Juan.
both rides to ferry there and back to the airport were great!! both drivers were excellent! great communication with the app and the drivers the day of the ride. I left my water bottle the day we first got here when they brought us to ferry and they brought it back the day we got picked up, 6 days later! Will book again if we come back to Puerto Rico. They made it less stressful to get around!
