It was such a relief to be met at the JCO airport in a country we were unfamiliar with and be transported to La Fortuna. We were given ice cold waters for our ride. Our driver stopped at Bar Restaurante Mi Rancho for us to grab lunch on our way. The CASADO plates are the way to go. Authentic local cuisine. Three of us ordered them and licked our plates clean. The other 3 regretted not ordering the Casado plates. Our driver was friendly and efficient. I got a little motion sickness but that was unavoidable due to the twisty turny terrain. We would happily utilize Viator transport again.

We stopped halfway for lunch and a bathroom break. Traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids under 10. Perfectly easy.

We had a great experience with the transfer service from La Fortuna to Guanacaste with Rodolfo. The van was very comfortable and had some great amenities included. Rodolfo was great-he arrived on time, stopped as requested for breaks and provided great service. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again the future.

Last week we used Fortuna expeditions for 3 private transfers , San Jose to La Fortuna , La Fortuna to Monteverde and Monteverde to San Jose. Carlos was so helpful in answering all my questions related to these bookings. The drivers were on time and drove carefully and we felt safe all the time. Would highly recommend them for private transfers.

Our flight was delayed from Newark. Our driver waited for us and made the lengthy drive to La Fortuna the best experience that it could be. He stopped for dinner and bottled water. He was extremely understanding when the windy roads made most of us car sick.
