Samurai träning Tokyo Asakusa

Instructions for the meeting place were provided but Google send me to the wrong place. Look for the front of the building. The class was great. He provided information on the sword and defense. He provided the samurai clothes and we snap some pictures/ video during the class. You will leave learning some skills and smile on your face.

We had such a fun time! We were a family of four, and we were the only group in training. We had a lot of fun dressing up, and learning Samurai fighting skills.

Jiro sensei was so friendly, energetic and fun. He made it a wonderful experience. One of the best experiences during our trip. Highly recommend.

Judo-Sensei was a very good teacher and a lot of fun to work with. The experience was fun and he took many good photographs and videos.

I took part in an absolutely amazing activity in Tokyo: wearing a kimono and learning sword combat techniques. From the very start, Jiro, our instructor, was incredible—patient, skilled at teaching, extremely kind, and genuinely pleasant. You can really feel that he loves what he does and wants everyone to have a great experience. After dressing me in a kimono, he taught me different postures and movements inspired by Kendo. And the best part… the final choreography! I got to perform a full, stylish sequence that was filmed. There was also a photo session, and both the photos and the video were given to me at the end. An amazing souvenir! I truly loved this activity: fun, immersive, welcoming, and unique. Honestly, it’s one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in Tokyo. I recommend it 100%, whether you’re passionate about Japanese culture or simply looking for a memorable moment during your trip!

Personal fun and informative. I took the lesson iwith my son and we both enjoyed the experience immensely. We also enjoyed the teacher. It was personal and well done.

It was so much fun and interesting. They did a photo shoot before we got started and then we got into the samurai fun. The people that ran this was so awesome and helpful.

The experience was absolutely incredible. I went with a friend, but whether you’re alone or with family, it remains unforgettable. The sensei taught us what it means to be a true samurai — from the mindset to the movements. They dressed us in authentic samurai attire, and to top it all off, there was a professional photo shoot. It was a truly unique and unforgettable experience.
