Dante was amazing! I learned more from him in one afternoon than I have during many many tastings and wine tours over the years. Lunch was a perfect set up of nibbles that pair perfectly with wine on a hot day. Our small group was great, and the chateaux we visited were lovely, with very knowledgeable and personable wine experts talking us thru the vintages. I will recommend this tour to everyone!
Excellent tour. Our guide Paula was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about wine and Bordeaux. We had 3 amazing tastings at very different venues and we learned a lot. The guide arranged for a picnic lunch after the second tasting, which was a nice charcuterie platter with wine. The can was small and air conditioned, which was very much appreciated in this heat wave. I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in wine (beginner to expert)
Paola made our visit to Pomerol and St Emillion fun, engaging, and very educational! The winery tours and tastings were great in teaching us about the right bank and the production of wines in Bordeaux, and the lunch and visit to St Emillion made us want to return for another visit. Bravo Paola!
Paola was a fantastic guide and this tour is an amazing value for the money. Lunch at a Chateau being included is an absolute dream.
Paola was amazing throughout. She showed knowledge of the region and put on a fantastic spread for our lunch. Overall the value for money is outstanding. All of the individual Chateaus and other locations were of top quality.
The tour was very informative, the visit to the village was very beautiful, I would have appreciated more time to see the city and its history. It was magnificent The wine tastings were truly excellent. 10/10
This wine tour was incredible. For one, I had no idea about Pomerol wines. Additionally, the first tasting in Sant-Emilion gave us the foundation to understand what the wines were in the region. Dante is so well-connected in the industry and knows how to structure a well-designed, enjoyable experience.
A good mix of tasting, storytelling, and experiences. A must-have when visiting Bordeaux.
