Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic! She was able to get us last-minute tickets to the Sagrada Família when we thought we had missed our chance, and the private tour was incredible. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience so engaging with her fascinating stories and insights. Visiting the Sagrada Família with her was one of the highlights of our trip to Barcelona. We highly recommend her!

We booked a semi private tour with Philippe. He was very knowledgeable and provided detailed information about the history as well as the current events of the Sagrada. Booking was easy, entrance was smooth and quick and the tour was amazing and informative.
First things first Phillipe did an excellent job from start to finish. Knowledge was excellent, managed our group incredible well and had all sorts of interesting facts for us. Timed the tour perfectly to get the best lighting with the sun movement. Views are truly breathtaking, cannot skip this tour!

Philippe was the perfect guide for our tour of the Sagrada Família. Communications before the tour were to the point and very clear. The tour was highly inflated and we paid over 450 for three tickets. We had a significant airline delay and couldn’t make it. The kind thing to do would be to refund the tour portion which didn’t happen. I understand I would have to eat the cost of the actual Sagrada tickets but the tour? And it’s his own business….no compassion. And then he just stopped trying to reschedule.

We completely understand your frustration and are truly sorry that you missed your tour. We always advise any guest booking a tour on their arrival day to allow plenty of time, as flight and train delays are unfortunately common. According to Viator's booking policy, reservations are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled tour, and missed tours (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund. As the tickets are issued in the participants' names, they cannot be transferred or reused. We genuinely tried to reschedule your booking, but unfortunately all our tours were fully booked, so this was not possible. If you visit Barcelona again in the future, please contact us before booking. We will gladly do our best to help you.
