Perito Moreno Glacier Tour med Safari Azul är det perfekta valet för alla som vill uppleva Perito Moreno Glacier på nära håll. Du kan antingen välja alternativet med transfer från El Calafate eller anlända till hamnen på egen hand. Turen inkluderar en 20 minuters båttur över Brazo Rico av Lake Argentino, följt av en 30 minuters promenad genom Patagonian skogen tills du når glaciärkanten (obs: du kommer inte att gå på isen). Du har lite tid att njuta av den hisnande utsikten innan du beger dig tillbaka längs samma led. Tur- och returbåtturen tar dig längs framsidan av glaciärens imponerande södra vägg. Om du väljer transferalternativet inkluderar turen också ett stopp vid Perito Morenos gångvägar innan du åker tillbaka till El Calafate. BEGRÄNSNING : Endast lämplig för personer från 6 till 70 år. Upphämtning i El Calafate Om du väljer upphämtningsalternativet hämtas du från ditt boende i El Calafate på utsatt tid. När hela gruppen är samlad beger du dig till Los Glaciares nationalpark. Möte och ombordstigning på Puerto Bajo Las Sombras Om du valde bort upphämtningen måste du ta dig till Puerto Bajo Las Sombras, som ligger inom Los Glaciares nationalpark. Därifrån går du ombord på en båt för att korsa Lago Rico. Efter cirka 20 minuters ritt stiger du av på motsatt sida, precis vid glaciärkanten.
Vandringen börjar med konstant utsikt över glaciärens sydsida. Se upp – det kan vara lite is som faller! Gör kameran redo att fånga de fantastiska nyanserna av blått och vitt och glaciärens unika formationer. När du når glaciärkanten har du tid att suga in allt och ta bilder. Efteråt kommer du tillbaka till båten enligt samma stig. * Vandringen tar ungefär en och en halv timme och går över naturlig terräng med sand, stenar, några sluttningar och trappor.
Om du bokat turen utan upphämtning från El Calafate, avslutas turen när du återvänder till hamnen. Men eftersom du bara är 7 km från Perito Moreno gångvägar, föreslår vi att du tar dig tid att besöka dem. Om du väljer upphämtningsalternativet, när du anländer till hamnen, tar du en buss till Perito Moreno gångvägar. Använd detta två timmar långa stopp för att äta lunch och njuta av den fantastiska panoramautsikten över Perito Moreno-glaciären.
Efter en heldag på upptäcktsfärd i glaciären tar du bussen tillbaka till El Calafate. Perito Moreno Glacier Blue Safari-turen avslutas vanligtvis runt 17:00, beroende på din schemalagda tid.

Why visit a glacier? As a consumption or as a beauty to behold? On a recent visit, I was saddened to see how the falling ice lived as an attraction, almost to celebrate or laugh. And more: practices such as touching, taking, or even consuming fragments did not seem to be discouraged; rather, they were allowed to pass. Where is the information on climate change? Where are the clear messages of environmental respect? When I pointed it out, the reaction was more rejection than listening. So the question remains: what link with nature are we building and promoting?

This tour gets you up close to the Glacier without actually walking on it. It’s conducted both in Spanish and English on the bus and the boat. The walking portion of our tour at the Glacier itself was split into English and Spanish speaking guides. The guides on the tour were very informative and had command of English. The walking tour near and on to the edge of the glacier was outstanding! Bring your lunch and a drink and enjoy this beautiful sight.

Great tour, informative guides. Plenty of time allowed on viewing platform walkways and long walk alongside glacier after the boat ride traversed the face of the glacier. Allowed us to see the glacier from every angle and to understand why this is deservedly such a popular site. Very professional driver who drove comfortably.
