Rundtur på högt berg: Potrerillos, Uspallata från Mendoza
Beskrivning
Njut av bergslandskapet i dess maximala prakt. Denna turné, som anses vara en av de mest populära i regionen, går från Mendoza till gränsen till Chile. Under din resa hittar du charmiga platser; Potrerillos och Cacheuta har båda en viktig rikedom och funktion för provinsen. Längs rutten kommer vi att göra ett stopp i skidcentret Penitentes för att uppskatta snön under vintersäsongen. Längre fram hittar vi Puente del Inca, som är en klippformation som representerar en naturlig bro omgiven av varma källor. I närheten kommer vi att observera genom en magnifik utsiktspunkt, Aconcaguaberget, den högsta toppen i Amerika. Slutligen, efter den internationella rutten, kommer vi att hitta tullkomplexet "Los Horcones", och senare, redan i gränserna med Chile, avslutar vi vår turné i Las Cuevas, en plats med en europeisk byggstil och där vi kommer att göra en stanna för att njuta av en mendozinisk lunch i en typisk bergsrestaurang.

Efter att ha hämtat alla resenärer på hotellen, beger vi oss till det första stoppet för denna utflykt på en resa som varar cirka en timme.
Potrerillos kommer att vara det första stoppet, där du kan få lite frisk luft, köpa ett mellanmål och beundra sjön, Potrerillos Reservoir
Här kommer vi att befinna oss framför en pre-spansktalande bosättning av aboriginal Huarpes och även den sydligaste punkten av Inka imperiet.
Vi kommer att besöka Villas de Picheuta, Polvaredas och Punta de Vacas.
Vi fortsätter på vår väg till Aconcagua Viewpoint utan att tappa den imponerande Puente del Inca (Inkabron), ett naturligt arkitektoniskt verk med varma källor.
Efteråt kommer vi att besöka Los Penitentes skidort, där du har fri tid att åka stolliften och få otrolig panoramautsikt över området (entréavgift ingår ej).
Nästa stopp är en panoramautsikt över Cerro Aconcagua, belägen 2750 meter (9022 fot) över havet. Därifrån går du till Horcones Lagoon och Aconcagua Provincial Park.
Efter den internationella rutten kommer du till din slutdestination, byn Las Cuevas (en by i europeisk stil, som ligger 3200 meter eller (10 500 fot) över havet). Mellan Las Cuevas och den internationella tunneln finns en väg som gör det möjligt för besökare att komma åt Kristus-förlossarens monument, som ligger 4200 meter (13 780 fot) över havet.
Det är dags att åka tillbaka till Mendoza och vila ordentligt! Bussen går tillbaka till Panamerican Highway med samma rutt och tar dig tillbaka till hotellet i Mendoza runt 19:00.

Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Transport till och från de flesta hotell i centrum i Mendoza. Inom stadens stadsradie. Om boendet ligger utanför radien kommer du att informeras om närmaste mötesplats för hämtning/avlämning. Observera att vanliga utflykter kan ta upp till 30/35 minuter för hämtning. Tänk på att bussen går genom olika hotell, och ibland blir passagerarna försenade!

- Turen är inte inställd på grund av dåligt väder. Vi lämnar samma och vi erbjuder våra tjänster på bästa möjliga sätt, beroende på väderförhållandena varje dag.
- Om vi inte kan följa den ursprungliga resplanen kompletteras utflykten med en extra resplan genom Uspallatadalen.

We did the high mountain excursion and we loved all the landscapes; our country is beautiful and perhaps we do not appreciate it enough. The guide knew so much and was very loving as well. Don't miss it if you travel to Mendoza.

Honestly this is the best thing I’ve done while here in Mendoza. The guide Hugo was super knowledgeable and comprehensive. You had a lot of time to really take in all the different spots you visited and the view at the last stop is breathtaking. Worth the price just for that. A must do in Mendoza!

The tour was very nice, worth the visit. Only the lunch option that is weak and expensive.

The driving distance is unavoidably long but the views worth it. It would be even better if the stopping time for the Aconcagua viewpoint can be increased while some other sites may be shortened or trimmed. The guide is very energetic and carry a positive attitude. But perhaps she is too nice to allow a guest’s request to ride our van for going back to cafe for her missing bag while the whole group of others just waiting and wasted almost an hour.

The trip was long but the sites we visited mostly were fantastic. Take the video in tunnel to Pertrelillos. It was wow video moment. Puentr del Inca was fantastic structure and stories. The cisit to Aconcongua qas good and the end of the road was just ok.

The trip is very nice and impressive Los Andes, Aconcagua, Lagos etc. But they have to advise themselves well on the weather so that all the steps of the tuor they are paying are fulfilled, we could not climb Christ with the border of Chile why it was snowy and that was not in winter, yet VIATOR does not make any warning. They still sell it to a Sky field but they don't make this stop because there's no snow in that area and they sell you the full tour

The trip was very interesting , beautiful views of lake and mountains, two stops at nice coffee and tea place , our tour guide Federico was excellent .

The tour was nice and the landscapes amazing. However, we booked the tour in English and it was completely in Spanish. We were two people, one native spanish speaker and one non-spanish speaker. This was a problem because one of us couldn’t understand what was being told and therefore, missed important informations. I don’t blame the guide, she was amazing, but it would have been more enjoyable to have the tour in English, as we booked it.

It was a great trip to Mendoza! The tour included several stations - cacheuta, picheuta, potrerillos, puente del inca. The guides were very nice and with a lot of knowledge about each of the places! I highly recommend taking the tour!

It was beautiful the high mountain tour.. The scenery is stunning, each stop is cuter than the last.. The guide was super cool, he explained everything very clearly and patiently. We stopped in places like Potrerillos, Uspallata and Puente del Inca, and we could see Aconcagua up close. Take the typical picture with the mountain in the background.. A long walk but totally worth it
