We had a trip with Irfan from Aaliya Tours. From the first pick up at the airport the experience should have been a sign. He didn't know the itinerary and it only got worse. Over the course of the trip he showed up late for pick up, didn't have any knowledge of the sites, and at one point even called to say because he'd been driving the day before, he was unable to come on time. He made us wait at several stops while he took smoke and lunch breaks. The company didn't reserve train tickets for us unlike the other operators. Irfan then illicitly took money from us to bribe the conductor into giving us first class tickets. We thought the tickets would be official so we paid. Then we ended up in third class. He showed a lack of courtesy and got lost several times. We had to buy a sim and use Google maps to counter check where he was going. Book another option where guides can give you insight into the place. This isn't worth it. Even after we spoke to irfans boss, the behaviour continued. He also took us to a jewlery place where we bought items that broke the next day. I really do not recommend this agency.

Our guide also need a rest. We already told our about limitations can help avoid misunderstanding such as the demanding schedule and incidents like the jewelry mishap.It's broken by yourself. It's not responsible to guide to take care of it. I acknowledge your mention of your mother's mental condition. Addressing these matters with empathy can foster better communication and ensure a more supportive environment for everyone involved.
