Rundtur i Prosecco Hills från Padua
Beskrivning
Denna tur genom kullarna i Valdobbiadene och Prosecco DOCG tar dig till det övre Treviso-området, drygt en timmes bilresa från Venedig, längs den naturliga amfiteatern som öppnar upp mellan Conegliano och Valdobbiadene. Ett unikt scenario som har erkänts som ett UNESCO:s världsarv sedan 2019. Turen inkluderar ett besök på förtrollande platser som Molinetto della Croda och cistercienserklostret Santa Maria di Follina, två av de mest suggestiva hörnen av Treviso-området. Till lunch kommer vi att besöka en familjedriven vingård för en vinprovning tillsammans med typiska lokala produkter: ett obligatoriskt stopp för att lära dig om produktionsmetoderna och smaka på områdets förträfflighet. Slutligen gör vi ett stopp i en andra källare för att avsluta dagen med att skåla med ett glas av den prestigefyllda Cartizze, en av de mest kända typerna av Prosecco.

En gammal vattenkvarn med anor från 1500-talet. Byggnaden uppfördes i flera etapper, och grunden till den ursprungliga byggnaden vilar på den kala klippan, som kallas "croda" (bokstavligen klippa).
Follina, en liten stad vid foten av Treviso-Bellunesi Prealps, är en samlingspunkt för den religiösa turismkretsen som leder till upptäckten av platser rika på andlighet och hängivenhet och av stort konstnärligt värde.
Först besöker vi en Prosecco-vingård med en guidad tur där du kommer att se och förstå alla olika Prosecco-produktionsprocesser. Efteråt väntar en vinprovning med några glas Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
Norra Treviso förtrollar oss med sina kullar med täta rader av vinrankor, imponerande slott och förtrollande kyrkor. Prosecco Road korsar det kuperade området vid foten av Treviso Pre-Alps. I mer än 100 år har Prosecco regerat, det unika mousserande vinet för sin trevliga och lättdruckna natur.

As a lover of Prosecco I could not miss this excursion! The minivan tour among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites was already spectacular in itself! Each stage was carefully studied and accompanied by interesting explanations that made the experience even more engaging. The presence of our super Nicola escort was fundamental: attentive, passionately prepared, able to create a pleasant atmosphere, take care of every detail and make everyone feel comfortable during the entire experience. The first tasting allowed us to get to know the quality and tradition of Prosecco up close, but the highlight was undoubtedly the second tasting dedicated to Cartizze, rightly defined the elite of Prosecco: an elegant, refined wine, which tells the territory in every sip! If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. The Prosecco region is stunning. And the wines are the best I’ve ever tasted. Our guide, Chiara, was a gem. So knowledgable. So concerned about making this the best possible experience for her guests - plus she’s just interesting and funny! I have been to many vineyards in Italy and these 2 were just spectacular. The Abby and the mill were incredibly lovely. Book this tour you will not regret it!

We chose to celebrate my birthday with a day in the Prosecco region, led by Chiara. During the trip, we were fascinated by the breathtaking views we saw from the window, accompanied by its detailed explanations and many interesting ideas. Chiara took us on two historic stages: a striking abbey and a waterfall with a mill, both immersed in scenarios of extraordinary beauty. Next, we stopped at two carefully selected wineries. The first stop was Vigne Matte, where we took part in a guided tour and delighted ourselves with a rich buffet of cold cuts, cheeses and bread, followed by a Prosecco tasting. The second winery, Cartizze PDC, offered us a completely different experience. More intimate and authentic, it is renowned for producing one of the best Proseccos in the world, which we enjoyed while admiring a simply incredible panoramic view. Chiara, with her competence, friendliness and attention, turned this day into a very special experience.

The transport was super precise and pleasant. The landscape is very suggestive, the tasting excellent both for wines and food, with typical products of the area. We visited two wineries, the owners were super welcoming and involved us a lot with their stories. Recommended!!
