I have repeatedly required the services of Vans tours both personal, family or with few days notice and always take me out of trouble and offer their attention and quality is luxury, always arrive on time, are friendly and attentive. I recommend them for all types of trips.
The trip to the hotel was great. Nice driver friendly and on time. However, on the way back home, the driver was 30minutes late and never bothered to contact me. I had to text and call customer service to try and find out what was going on Additionally, I found out I paid more than others using the same service. Not good at all.
