Pricing may be a little fluid. I put in my destination and was presented with a price but once I landed I learned that my destination was in an adjacent zone and would cost an additional $20. It wasn’t clear to me what was going on until I saw a message from Viator. They did offer a take or leave option but by then I was pretty committed as I was already on the road. On balance, the drive was very friendly and a good conversationalist even with my exceptionally poor Spanish language skills.
When you arrive to the airport, you’ll be swarmed by transportation companies who will even pretend to be your ride but ignore them. Walk out of the airport to the right and look for a driver holding your name. Simply show them the booking ticket and you’re on your way. The drivers to and from the airport were top notch. I highly recommend them. Communication was great and they typically replied to questions within minutes.
Great pickup service. Was outside waiting when we arrived. Driver was hospitable and helpful throughout the process.
The transfer was easy to hook through Viator. We ended up having to shift our vacation out a day, and I was able to easily message the tour operator through Viator to ask if I needed to rebook. They accommodated the schedule change no problem, just updated our arrival on their system. Our driver met us outside with a sign that had my name one it (not a board with lots of names, so it was easy to see). Helped us with our bags and provided a smooth ride to our hotel. I would recommend and use them again!
They never arrived to take us back to the airport. Had to pay for a taxi back to the airport in Cancun.
Email from carrier said meet outside of terminal 2 in Cancun and the driver never showed. I’m now arguing with Viator for a refund!
Had a little trouble during pickup from the airport upon arrival at Cancun, but they were responsive and was able to locate them. Pickup from the resort to airport was flawless and glad we chose this company! Highly recommend!
Driver was on time and waiting for us. Comfortable ride to hotel. Convenient way to leave a very busy airport.
We were met at the airport. Van was clean and spacious. Our return trip was scheduled for 11:40 and showed up exactly at 11:40. Very reliable. Would use again.
