Resenären får ett automatiskt sms med chaufförens namn, telefonnummer, fordonstyp och skyltnummer 1 timme före hämtningstid. Chauffören går sedan den extra milen och skickar ett textmeddelande som informerar resenären om att han/hon är på plats och väntar på deras ankomst.
