Arctic GM drivs av The Original Aurora Hunters® och är ett familjeägt företag med rötter i Lappland som sträcker sig tillbaka till 1600-talet. Kvällen börjar vid en central mötesplats i Rovaniemi. Resa med bekväm buss som guider justerar kontinuerligt rutten utifrån väder och Aurora prognoser, med möjlighet att köra upp till 2 timmar från staden, inklusive mot Svenska gränsen när förhållandena kräver. Stopp görs på noggrant utvalda platser bort från ljusföroreningar. När himlen klarnar kliver du in i det arktiska landskapet medan guider hjälper till med foton under norrskenet. Termiska overaller, varma drycker och lättare snacks ingår. Upplevelsen varar i cirka 4–6 timmar.

Börja kvällen på en central mötesplats i Rovaniemi, där du möter din Guide innan avresa med bekväm buss. Resan kan ta upp till 2 timmar från city, även mot Svenska gränsen när förhållandena kräver det. Längs vägen kommer din Guide att dela med sig av insikter om norrsken, arktisk natur och lokal kultur medan du letar efter den klaraste himlen. We had an absolutely incredible experience with Arctic GM Northern Lights Chase on 12th Feb 2026. Just when we had almost given up hope of seeing the aurora, our guide Pamela’s dedication and passion made all the difference ... We crossed borders to Sweden from Finland and at around 2 am, we were finally rewarded with the most breathtaking display. We were even lucky enough to witness the elusive pink hues, which made the moment feel truly magical. She was there every step of the way, capturing beautiful photos and ensuring the experience was unforgettable. Thank you, Arctic GM, for such a special and memorable adventure!
Matteo is one of the most passionate guides I’ve ever met. He even drove all the way to the far northeast of Finland just to give us the best chance to see the Northern Lights. Thanks to his dedication, I got to see the Northern Lights for the first time in my life. Even though they were faint to the naked eye, it’s still an unforgettable memory for me.

Even though the aurora wasn’t very strong, it meant everything to us. We had traveled from very, very far away, and just being there, witnessing that moment, felt truly magical. I thoroughly researched in advance which operator to book with and chose Arctic Circle due to the good reviews. We were picked up on time and only had to drive for about two hours until we were able to see the most magical experience, namely the Northern Lights. The organization was perfect, and I can only recommend Arctic Circle to everyone. Great praise also to a home that patiently took many photos of us. It may be a little more expensive than with other providers, but you really do see the Northern Lights, and I must say that the experience was worth every cent. Thank you very much for fulfilling my dream!

The tour was extraordinary. The efforts the guide and the team put in to get us guaranteed viewing of the northern lights was truly remarkable. The guide Carmen was really enthusiastic and drove us for more than 2 hours north of Rovaniemi. It was one of the most memorable events of our life. Definitely recommended.
Severe snow forecast during our stay that the tour was cancelled twice. On the third & last night, it was a go but only to be told we had a 15% chance to see the aurora. We drove 300kms to Sweden to find a sliver of clear sky and we found her! Kudos to this tour operator for trying their very best to make our dreams come true!
It was amazing. They spent all the time necessary to see the auroras in all their glory, stopping several times. They spent a lot of time, valuation of 10. Absolutely recommended.
The experience was spectacular! The guide explained the phenomenon to us in detail and guided us to Sweden so we could see the aurora boreal! It was an explosion of wonderful forms! The car was a comfortable van with heating, considering the cold it made on the day (-28c). We left at the scheduled time and returned after enough observation period! I highly recommend the walk!
