It is not just an old run down castle. It was very interesting and the rooms inside with all the art work in the ceilings were amazing.
Booked through viator app which changed the date of visit while I was checking out to the next day. Viator said they couldn’t help and tour company refused to change date as it was within 24 hours of visit. I informed them of error within minutes of booking. Very poor. Wouldn’t recommend
We were there 15 minutes early waiting at the spot that they said to wait (I even Google map to make sure we were in the right place). We were to look for someone with a white flag. That person never showed up. After 20 minutes passed the meeting time I sent a message through the app and was sent our tickets digitally. I got no refund for the no show of the guide and we had to go through the castle on our own. We could have just bought our own ticket at the castle & paid a lot less.
it is a scam! you get a ticket without the guide although you book a tour with a guide. The tittle of the tour you booked "Sant Angelo toured guide" is changed into "Sant Angelo walking tour" in the ticket You get. Better buy a ticket & audio guido at the castel itself.
I bought tickets before my travels. Forgot what day it was. Sent a message to see if I could get credit for next day, or little credit. Did not hear any thing so bought tickets again. Message said meet person with white flag No one knew what I was talking about. Someone from Criwn travel took the time to help us. Only event booking I had an issue with. Need better direction
Doesn't say anywhere that what they sell is just the ticket and they get it by wsp It does not even include the audio guide so we had to do the same line where the tickets are bought
Easy access, tickets sent prior to time thru WhatsApp. The castle is a must-go experience in Rome. The sunset is amazing

I wish I could give zero rate. No one even turned up and they didn’t even answer the phone left on booking. End up buying tickets directly again and still waiting for refund. Very disappointing
Dear guest, firstly we beg your kind apologies for your inconvenience at the tour. Due to some unwanted accident at the meeting point with our staff on that day, we were unable show up at meeting point. Secondly, normally we send the ticket to the client through email and WhatsApp few hours prior to the reservation time along with all the necessary information (although our staff normally waits for the client at the meeting point ) to avoid any kind of inconvenience. As always We sent you also the ticket on your email and WhatsApp and maybe you didn’t check your mails. However, we can understand how frustrating it was for you to not have the refund yet, let me assure you that When we found that you couldn’t complete the tour properly we completed the refund from our side on the very same day of your reservation. Therefore we have no idea why it’s taking so long. I hope I have cleared all the facts that you have mentioned in the comment and really appreciate for your valuable time.
