Turisten guidas av en "Foodie", en lokal "kompis" som kan förklara varje detalj i de utvalda restaurangerna, deras förberedelser och relevant historia / nyfikenheter. Do Eat Better Experience-turer är en blandning av högkvalitativ gastronomi som ett sätt att visa italiensk kultur och livsstil och en vandringsupplevelse tillsammans med en lokal vän. Detta är anledningen till att vi bara accepterar små grupper: vi vill fokusera på ett genuint utbyte och ge varje turist den högsta möjliga uppmärksamhet. Inom vår gourmetmatresa i Rom kommer du att ha möjlighet att smaka på några av de bästa rätterna i Rom, direkt från traditionen.
Turen börjar med de typiska Handgjorda kakorna, vi kommer att smaka dem i en gammal kakfabrik från 1920.
Efter det fortsätter vi till en berömd norcineria där vi ska smaka hantverksmässigt gjorda ostar gjorda på obehandlad mjölk och tillagade enligt naturliga tekniker. Allt detta och mycket mer åtföljs av registrerade viner enligt lokal excellens.
I ett litet matställe kommer vi att smaka på en av de bästa tillbehören i Trastevere, med en krispig skorpa och friterad: detta måste provas!
Du kan inte komma till Rom och inte prova vår typiska Pasta alla carbonara , tillagad med italienskt bacon, pecorinoost och svartpeppar.
I slutet, missa inte Artisanal-glassen: en av de bästa i stan tillagad med naturliga ingredienser och presenterad i innovativa och fantastiska smaker.

We had a great time in this food tour with carla. She answered all our questions and made us discover many amazing shops/restaurants. She even shared historical fact with us. Amazing experience
Barbara was AMAZING! She shared so much local knowledge, and her smarts went way beyond food. We got a great tour of the city as we went from place to place and she had an answer for every question. My only regret is that I couldn’t eat any more.

We had Carla for our personal tour guide. She greeted us with her warm smile and graciously welcomed us to the food tour. Right away, we felt a connection and were excited to learn about Italy’s food culture. She tied it in with our backgrounds explaining where the importance of nearby areas would be of interest as well. The food and dessert were very tasty. She explained about all the different foods, which was very informative. I would definitely recommend Carla. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious food combined with info regarding Italian cuisine.. pizza, coffee, cheeses, meats … all fresh ingredients.. tiramisu was the finale.. great guide. Friendly, entertaining and enthusiastic.. clearly loves her job.. Do it early in your visit. Fun, educational and you are eating like locals.,
