We had an amazing tour of the Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums with Richard—our whole family loved him! Even our teenagers were big fans, noting how he spoke to them as individuals, not just “the kids.” Richard was warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. By the end, he felt like a family friend. He went above and beyond to tailor the experience to us—offering helpful advice on how to avoid crowds, stay cool, and make sure we saw everything we’d hoped for. Richard truly made our time in Italy more meaningful and memorable, and he’s one of our all-time favorite guides!

It was crowded as expected, but the tour itself was very good! I highly recommend this tour if you travel to Rome!
