On time pick up from the airport and right to our hotel after a long travel day. Easy to use for first time visitors.
The driver was waiting outside baggage claim with our name on a sign. He had parked close and had a large Mercedes van that accommodated 4 passengers easily and all our luggage. Brought us right to the front of our Rome hotel.
Our flight was delayed multiple times totaling 5 hours in the U.S. Then we spent 2 hours getting through the customs line/queue upon arrival in Rome! The transportation company tracked our flight and adjusted our new pick up time, was communicative, their driver waited at the pick-up location for 2 hours for us to get through the airport, and he drove us safely to our hotel about an hour away, all for a nominal extra fee. Carlo, our driver, was a friendly face we needed to see at the end of a grueling experience.
The driver was at the airport on time holding sign with my name on it. He was very pleasant & professional. The ride to the hotel was uneventful & he got us there safely in a beautiful air conditioned car.
Terrible service originally scheduled.to pick us up 1.5 hrs after our flight landed to give time for customs. Our flights were delayed and we kept them updated the entire time they sent a driver 1 hr before our flight landed only giving us 2 hrs before he left. 1 hour after we landed and we're still in line to clear customs the driver left and they are advising they will not refund.
dear Sir you are not correct. you changed your flight 3 times but you forgot to inform us about your last flight change!!!! proofs available ... the flight provided to us arrived earlier driver waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for you in the arrival hall. Please be respectful of other people effort and remove this thanks
It was frustrating. It was so expensive to begin with and then being told I would be charged extra for wait time was a total scam. I was waiting in customs! The driver did not speak English. So I just gave home a tip as the extra. Will take a regular cab next time. 160 for a ride into town? Too much

Though more costly than say a taxi, it was so nice to walk out of baggage claim and have our driver meet us right there with a sign with our names on it. He was a gentleman and helped with baggage and even gave us a tour of Rome on the way to our hotel.
Whoever I spoke to on the phone was so rude I almost cried. Would never use this driving service again. Ruined my experience getting into Rome. He yelled at me on the phone and treated me like an idiot. Horrible and very upsetting.
You spoke with 2 different persons and both tried to explain something to you but you knew better than both... then we emailed you , messaged you on whatsapp and imessage but again you decided no to follow our instructions ...
Great communication. Our baggage was delayed and we were running late and our driver was so patient. Easy to find at the airport and was a smooth ride! Highly recommend for the ease!
It was expensive but worth it. Due to traffic, the driver was a little late, but otherwise, things went smoothly.
