Kavla upp ärmarna och delta i en pizzatillverkningsworkshop på en lokalt älskad restaurang i Rom, med den äldsta vedeldade ugnen i stadsdelen Prati. Lär dig om traditionella matlagningstekniker med en lokal kock som leder vägen. Få en autentisk smak av lokala råvaror och njut av vin och läsk med din egen hemgjorda pizza. Börja klassen med att ta emot ditt förkläde och skapa degen. Följ processen med att skapa degen samtidigt som du lär dig om ingredienser och tekniker. Skär degen med en traditionell 600 år gammal teknik som kallas mozzatura. Sätt sista handen på din Margherita-pizza och lägg den sedan i stadsdelens äldsta vedeldade ugnsugn för att bli knaprig till en gyllenbrun.

This class was amazing and well worthy the money. The instructors were precise and made the process so easy and seamless. My pizza came out amazing. I would even say it was probably the best pizza that I had in Rome also the gelato was so delicious.
We had an amazing time at this pizza and gelato class! It was one of our favorite experiences in Italy and was great for kids, too. Francisca was the best. She was so friendly, made everything easy to understand, and kept the class fun. There were even little dance parties that made it extra entertaining! All of the Kitchen staff were incredibly kind and spoke great English, so there was never any confusion. The pizza and gelato were delicious, and we'd definitely recommend this class. 1 in all of Italy 🇮🇹. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars!!!!!!!

I travel for work, and for my third time visiting Rome, I was looking for something a little more interactive to do than just another history tour. I was originally supposed to be a part of the 3:30 Pizza/Tiramisu class, but had to switch to the 6:30 where I luckily met a great group of people to share the night with as a solo traveler. Our instructor was Valleria. She was a wonderful teacher who balanced showing us the steps with allowing us to get out hands messy--literally! She had great knowledge of our class and could expand on Italian cuisine and culture as a whole. She took care of all of us from greeting to goodbye. Her sparkling wit (and the wonderful meal at the end, of course) make the night truly unforgettable. Would highly recommend sharing a evening with her making delicious pizza and tiramisu! I personally would like to take the gelato class the next time I come back to Rome, but I feel this is a class everyone should experience no matter how many time they're able visit the city.

Very basic course, demonstration and not hands on experience, nice atmosphere but you cannot really learn how to make pizza nor icecreame…
