It includes nothing. Just the entrance which is fine but we paid 82 eu for a complete guided tour. The tour guide gave us a QR code and dropped us off. Once inside there was no WiFi connection so the audio phone guide did not work.

The QR code provided is an additional support tool, but the main value of the experience is the live explanation and assistance of the guide throughout the visit. Great tour, Luisa was great and extremely informative. I went on a tour with a couple buddies of mine from the states, and it was actually good (compared to some of these other companies). I honestly don’t know why they are rated so low on trip advisor, these guys are a 5 out of 5 company.
