Fördjupa dig i Italiens kulinariska läckerheter med en praktisk matlagningskurs i hjärtat av Rom. Börja din upplevelse med ett glas prosecco när du kliver in i vårt fullt utrustade kök. Under ledning av en Italiensk kock, lär dig att göra en klassisk Aperol Spritz med professionella verktyg, med alkoholfria alternativ tillgängliga för barn och icke-drickare. Förbered sedan traditionella södra Italienska makaroner - liknande amerikanska armbågsmakaroner - och avsluta med att skapa den älskade tiramisù. Varje deltagare kommer att göra sin egen pasta och individuella tiramisù. Så småningom kan du njuta av dina skapelser under en måltid som serveras med dryck och kaffe - inomhus eller utomhus - och få ett intyg om deltagande. Beläget bara några steg från Ponte Milvio - en av Roms centrala områden - området erbjuder också tillgång till den natursköna Tibern, perfekt för promenader eller cykelturer. We learned to make pasta ourselves. The chefs could even speak German. Very relaxed and exciting experience.

I participated in the cooking class and am absolutely thrilled. The program featured three absolute classics of Italian cuisine: fresh tagliatelle, a hearty lasagna, and a heavenly tiramisu. The course was excellently prepared – all ingredients were ready, the workstations were perfectly set up, and the process was optimally structured. Despite the many steps involved in making pasta and preparing the tiramisu, everything went smoothly and without any rush. I was particularly impressed by how well everything was explained. The course was held in German and was extremely easy to understand, so even beginners could follow along without any problems and take home valuable tips. The evening was incredibly fun, the atmosphere in the group was great, and the homemade food at the end was simply delicious. I can recommend this course to anyone who loves Italian cuisine and wants to spend a successful evening!
