Staff misinformed us about travel time to airport and time to make our flight. I tried to reschedule the 3 1/2 hr leeway to the flight for departure but received an email from Justina in Rome that the extra time was excessive and only required 1/2 hour to get to airport. The pick-up arrived late with a vehicle that didn’t start. We informed the driver of our flight time and he stated why was this pick-up scheduled so late???? We arrived at airport late causing great distress whereby I required a wheelchair to get me to the boarding gate. The flight was held for us and we were the last two people boarding the flight. This was tremendously stressful and embarrassing! Could have all been avoided if the staff used proper judgement and extended proper courtesy to change the pick -up time as we had requested the day before!

Great job! The driver was efficient , professional and easy to communicate with. The vehicle was clean and without odors. Very safe driver, well as safe as anyone in Italy!

Our driver was on time and got us to the airport and perfect timing everything was great the vehicle was plenty big enough for us and our luggage. My only comment would be that if you want to be at the airport earlier be sure you put your departure time earlier so that you can have earlier pick up time or pick up was at 6:36 for a 9:46 flight which was fine.

Excellent drive-nice large van with room for 8 passengers and luggage. Very pleasant driver that could converse well in English. Good confident driver. Thank you!
On the morning of our trip, we learned that we would miss our connection due to airline delays. We contacted the provider to change our pick up as we were going to arrive 3 hours later. They would not change it and offered no refund. If this is their policy, I really can't understand why one wouldn't just use UBER?
Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding in Rome, as guests from the same hotel ordered a taxi at the same time. Have mistakenly gotten into the wrong taxi and thus had to pay twice our journey! No information in advance what license plate number or exact name of the car. Driver was called and confirmed a cancellation. The agency doesn't think so and we didn't get any money back!
Driver was prompt friendly and knew exactly where to drop us for our Hertz car rental pickup. Van was clean !
Both drivers we used fron Viator were very friendly & professional. Helped us with Bags as well. We felt safe even though the driving in Europe was not what we were use to.
