- Test och avslag: Ett kort utvärderingstest kommer att genomföras före avresa. Guiden har absolut rätt att neka deltagande (utan återbetalning) till alla gäster som anses olämpliga på grund av otillräckliga körfärdigheter eller osäkert fysiskt/psykiskt tillstånd.
- Spädbarn: Spädbarn och barn (upp till 20 kg) reser gratis med en tillhandahållen bälteskudde.
- Barn: Barn (under 139 cm) måste använda en cykelförlängning (cykelkärra/kärra).
- Minimiålder för elcykel: Minimiåldern för att åka egen elcykel är 12 år.
