Från en spektakulär utsikt på toppen, var beredd att se Vatikanstaten, floden Tibern och den berömda, Änglarnas bro.

The information provided by the tour operator is very cumbersome to understand The numbers on the information downloaded do not correspond to the numbers in the exhibit Disappointing tour
Could have just as well booked this ourselves. The audio guide is bot easy to follow so we landed up just walking through the castle
Make sure you have the POP app and the audio downloaded, because it is almost impossible to download either without internet (which I didn’t think of, I tried using data which failed, so I didn’t have an audio guide). My only real complaint is that you need to check your SPAM inbox in your email. I spent half an hour trying to get my voucher validated until one of the Castel staff (NOT the Loving Rome support) was kind enough to direct me to someone who helped me find the ticket. Just make sure to very carefully examine the directions before you go. Otherwise the Castle is stunning!
The Castle was great however I paid for Audio Guides for all of us and when I arrived and showed my passes they told me that my voucher/ticket did not include audio guides so I had to pay $40 additional euros for audio guides for me and my family!!
The app was really helpful we took our tickets and we didnt wait a single minute in the que we also had an audioguide and it was really giving an extra to the experience
The tour did not pair with the app which I downloaded earlier. Previous tours appeared, but not this one so I was unable to hear anything and just walked through the castle reading the signs pretty disappointing. I would recommend only because of the site itself
I must point out that I had requested a tour with an audio guide to visit a monument in Rome. But at the time of entry I had problems for the entrance and did not provide an audio guide of the ticket office because your agency is not recognized by the regulations of the service that presides over the monument of Rome. So I spent a lot more than I would have spent with the legal and recognized service of the ticket office, and I didn't get the service I paid for! they shouldn't allow you to sell tickets or admissions! And they should warn unfortunate customers that you are not equated and in order with the official ticket office!
The audio guide was better than others but a little more information and details would have helped. And I found it a little confusing at times trying to determine the order of the guide.
I booked and prepaid for tickets about 3 hours before the scheduled time…last minute for sure. I arrived at the venue about 30 minutes early and the description of where to meet was very confusing. There was no one from the tour group onsite and then I received an alert from the tour company 15 minutes before the tour that they could not issue tickets and had to cancel. I requested a refund but they said they couldn’t do it on my original payment method but could on a different card, PayPal or I would have to work with Viator. (Had to jump through hoops with Viator because tour group didn’t notify them of cancellation and am now forced to dispute charge on my credit card now.)
I booked this tour in the morning for an afternoon tour. There was no information on the website advertisement that a separate ticket would be sent via What's App rather than the traditional ticket dowload through Viator and that the access to the audio guide would be available for download on an app 24 hours after the purchase of the ticket. We arrived at the tour with no knowledge ahead of time about the What's App ticket (I needed to make a phone call to find out) and then upon entering we found out we could not get the app for the audio guide until 24 hours later. The cost of this Viator ticket through Love Rome was twice that of just showing up and buying a ticket on site which included the audio tour. I requested a refund but was refused. Please avoid this tour.
