Mahogany Bays hamn (Kartivalkryssningshamn) Så snart du kliver av kryssningsfartyget måste du gå ca 1/4 mile, vi ber om ursäkt i förväg för avståndet. På grund av företagets policy tillåter hamnen inte oberoende researrangörer att gå in i kryssningshamnen. Du kommer att passera en tvåvånings röd takbyggnad. Du måste gå genom torget där du kommer att se många butiker. Då ska du gå ner för den täckta landgången. Ta vänster in på asfalterad väg nära säkerhetsgrinden. Du måste gå ca 250 meter uppför en liten kulle. Där ser du din förare hålla en Roatan Ocean Adventures Sign (ROA). Hamnen i Roatans stadskärna (Royal Caribbean / Norska) Vi väntar på dig när du anländer till kryssningshamnen i Coxen Hole. Så fort du kommer av kryssningsfartyget, vänligen gå ut till huvudvägen. Du kan följa stadens avfartsskyltar till gate # 1. Tvärs över gatan ser du din förare hålla en Roatan Ocean Adventures Sign (ROA). OBS: Upphämtning är 30 minuter till en timme efter kryssningsfartyget anländer till hamnen, tack. Stressa inte, vi kommer att vänta på er, vi förstår att det tar tid för er att lämna skeppet.

I cannot praise this tour enough. Herbert is an expert leader. He realized there was a large group going with just the 2 of us so he arranged for Kaylie to take us on our own. She could not have been nicer and more informative and professional. All in all just a great day! Highly recommend!
This was our favorite excursion during our trip! :) We have a seven year old and four year old twins. We each had a monkey on us at some point, got a picture with the sloths, and were landed on by the parrots! :D During the snorkeling piece, the guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure everyone was included, even the kiddos. He pointed out colorful fish, a barracuda, brought up a beautiful conch shell (that he then returned where he found it). When we hit some unexpected jellies, he was able to pivot and bring us to another location. All around an amazing trip!
So much fun! The monkeys are all over you and are so cute! You cant hold the sloths anymore, but still can get close! We loved it.
Our only hiccup was a mix up at the meeting port - but luckily they found us a ride. (Fair warning it’s a little overwhelming finding you group - on our day there were hundreds of people standing at port exit gate all trying to find their groups) The actual tour was amazing. The monkeys were the highlight of the first stop but the snorkeling really made the trip. It was beautiful - our guides were amazing. Equipment was clean - they did a great job including our 6 and 8 year old in the experience. We would book again!

We would definitely book with Roatan Ocean Adventures again. They were friendly and prompt and right where they said they would be. Our driver, Kaylee was so sweet and we got to learn a lot about the island itself. The day of our excursion was very windy, so unfortunately we didn't get to snorkel in the original location due to the rough seas and safety. We still snorkeled by a sandbar so we could stand if needed. They were short on guides in the water that day and needed a bigger boat, so they added a complimentary beach break for about 30-45 min. while the other boat finished up instead of just sitting at the dock and waiting. That was a fun extra bonus. The monkey/sloth sanctuary was great too. It sounds like there are a few on the island. This one was very professional and fun! We got to let the monkeys jump around on us, see sloths, and let macaws sit on our heads. Such a fun day!
We had a great time - professional employees, clean, well-maintained vehicle, excellent experience with the sloths/monkeys and snorkeling. The snorkeling here is beautiful... we had to slightly alter our snorkeling route due to jellyfish and our tour guide was very reassuring and helped us recognize a variety of fish. No issue returning to port timely. I could not be happier, considering I was blindly trusting this company to keep me safe in a new country, and they definitely did a great job of showing us around!
This excursions was amazing! I will forever recommend it to anyone that asks. Getting through the port was what you would expect, but everyone helped direct our group where to go when I told them what we were looking for. Keylie was our guide and driver, and I cannot recommend her enough! She was knowledgeable, so kind, funny, and made this experience even better. Definitely ask for Keylie if you can. Joe took the second half of our group and they said he was a total sweetheart as well. The animal experience was INCREDIBLE! The facility was clean, well organized, and you could tell the animals were well taken care of. Our animal guides were funny and also super helpful and friendly. The monkey experience was a highlight for everyone! We booked this tour to see the sloths and monkeys, and the snorkel was just an added plus. We actually snorkeled the day before in Costa Maya, but this snorkel experience was SO much better. The water was incredibly beautiful, and there was so much more to see (both reef and sea life) than the day before. Our snorkel guide was also amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best experience possible! Our guides knew what time our ship was leaving and made sure we were back at the port with ample time to still eat and do some shopping before boarding. Thank you guys for an amazing experience for my family!
We had such an amazing time in Roatan!! I was hesitant to book outside of the cruise line but wow, I am so glad I did it. Brandon was a fabulous tour guide and taught us so much about the island. The monkeys, sloths, and macaws were so fun! Our whole group got great pictures. Snorkeling on the reef was truly a highlight of the trip and our lives! Our guide took us far into the water and pointed out so many things. We saw rays, eels, tons of beautiful fish, and lobsters, among others!! It was incredible and I cannot recommend it enough.
We had Jenny for our tour guide and driver and she was absolutely wonderful! Thank you Jenny for all of your help and being so kind to me (Adeline) and my daughter Brooklyn. If there is a way to give her a tip since I didn’t have any cash please let me know. She most definitely deserves it. We went to see the monkeys and sloths first then headed to the beach for a bit then went scuba diving. Everything was absolutely wonderful.
