Börja din resa med en personlig upphämtning av kryssningshamnen i ett privat fordon och njut av natursköna havsutsikter under 20 minuters bilresa till West Bay Beach. Vårt team på stranden kommer att tillhandahålla all viktig information du behöver. Njut av komfort med solstolar, duschar och Wi-Fi, tillsammans med exceptionell service på vår strandrestaurang och bar. Du har 3 till 6 timmar på dig att njuta av den orörda stranden med kristallklart vatten och vit sand. Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Mötestiden är planerad till en timme efter att ditt fartyg lagt till i hamn. Leveranstiden och lokal tid kan skilja sig, så vi har anpassat mötestiden därefter. Om ditt fartygs ankomsttid ändras förblir mötestiden en timme efter din ankomst. Du kan gå av tidigare än en timme efter dockning, om möjligt, eftersom våra turnérepresentanter är tillgängliga innan ditt skepp anländer. Var säker, om du inte kan hinna inom en timme kommer våra representanter att vänta på dig. INSTRUKTIONER MAHOGANY BAY CARNIVAL CRUISE PORT: HUR MAN HITAR OSS * Gå genom köpcentret. * Gå ut genom den täckta landgången för att hitta Carnival Taxis och bussar. * Sväng vänster när du kommer till vägen och gå uppför till Säkerhetsporten. * Gå nerför den lilla kullen och längst ner ser du vår personal som håller i en skylt som säger "ROATÁN TUCAN ADVENTURES". MÖTESINSTRUKTIONER FÖR "HAMNEN I ROATAN, COXEN HÅL. • När du stiger av fartyget, gå in i hamnen. Passera butikerna, passera de konstgjorda stenarna och målningen på väggen till höger. • Sväng till höger där du hittar butiken "Piraña Joe". • Fortsätt gå framåt. Sväng till höger innan du kommer till "Tucán presentbutik". • Gå under den täckta toppen och följ hamnskyltarna mot "Port Offices", "Taxi" och "Exit". Du kommer till en täckt paviljong kantad av stånd på båda sidor som kommer att upptas av företag som marknadsför sina turer. • Fortsätt rakt igenom detta område, följ trottoaren rakt fram. Leta efter säkerhetsgrind 1, vänligen gå ut där. • Vi kommer att vara precis utanför säkerhetsporten med en skylt som säger "ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES". Guide was amazing and the beach was incredible! Highly recommend!!!
Swimming wasn’t as good as last year but it was overcast and rainy so check the weather forecast. It’s a beautiful easy walkable gently sloping beach and we enjoyed it. The facilities at the resort are acceptable and we found ourselves staying under cover quite a bit. David was awesome and very informative about the area, culture and food. The food prices at the resort were high, but we shared a hamburger and still couldn’t finish it so the value was there.
Ivan the driver was the best!! . He was so friendly and we felt safe with him. He took us to take scenic pictures then made an excellent recommendation for food after the beach. He stays with your party the entire time.
This was a great option in Roatan for cruise passengers . The West Bay beach club was family friendly, with a beautiful clean beach and perfect clean water with access to water sports and snorkeling. Our guide Johnny was super nice and very professional and flexible. He stayed close by and checked up on us every 30 minutes so we were able to adjust our trip length. He was also very helpful escorting my mom who has some mobility issues, making the trip easier for us. The company also provided very clear communication on when and how to meet, and responded to my questions promptly and professionally. If you are looking for a reasonably priced family friendly option for your family this trip may be for you!
We had an amazing time on our tour with Roatán Tucan Adventures! Our driver, Emilio, was fantastic and truly went above and beyond to make sure we experienced everything Roatán has to offer, from hidden gems to the best local sights. Our driver was very kind and was the best part of the trip. The drive btw is 40-45 minutes from Carnival port, Isla Tropicale. You will pass the royal Caribbean port on the way, it’s about half way. The beach and resort is Henry Morgan and is well kept and pretty. Clear water and great sand. The beach area is small however and crawling with solicitors. Think Jamaica. You will be solicited for “excursions”, bracelets, braids, etc multiple times by all of them. Even after you have declined several times. We told our driver to cut us short and only stayed 2 hours and had time for 3 more hours. It was just exhausting to keep the solicitors at bay.

Our driver, Murphy was amazing, very knowledgeable, and nice! He met us and walked us to the car and made sure we felt safe! He even walked us into the resort and made sure we were good before he left. He even asked us if there was anything else we wanted to do besides go to the beach and even gave us suggestions. The resort was good, the beach was good, but the hagglers were HORRIBLE! They even came into the resort part to bother us after several times of telling them no. They started rubbing oil on us while we were saying no and then after our “free” 2 minutes basically forced us to give them $40, because they gathered around us and would not leave!! We definitely wish they enforced no soliciting and no haggling better! We will not go back to that beach if we go there again because of this!
We had a wonderful day in Roatán thanks to the best driver and guide, Tyler Sanchez! He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of—from getting us to and from our resort on time to making sure we got back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. He shared so much knowledge about the island, showed us local favorites, and even called ahead to a local restaurant so our food would be ready when we arrived. The hospitality was outstanding! If you’re planning a trip to Roatán, do yourself a favor and ask for Tyler Sanchez. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Tyler, for making our day so memorable!
Diana with Tucan Tours was an amazing guide. She was kind, friendly and welcoming. Above all, she was enthusiastic! She took us to the beach club we had booked for the day while we were on our cruise. She also offered to stop along the way so we could get pictures at the Roatan sign, etc. When we arrived at the beach club, she made sure we got our wristbands and a great chair on the beach. She was there every step of the way and we had such a positive experience!
