Everything went perfectly as agreed.

We experienced a minor delay in our pickup time, but we had plenty of time to get to our flight. No issues or concerns were encountered and the driver and van were exactly what we were hoping for and needing. Thanks for a pleasant experience!!

Book a transfer for 4 people with luggage one month in advance. After waiting more than half an hour to receive us, we were put in an old taxi, dirty, without air conditioning. If I wanted to ride a taxi, I wouldn't have hired MyTransfer. A mess and a lack of respect.

Spoleto, which serves Italian food, is located in Terminal 2 of Galeão and is a simple alternative to a meal based on varied pasta and sauces. For quality and quantity, prices are very high, but there are not many alternatives in Galeão. Despite this, it still remains an alternative with a good cost/benefit ratio. Fortunately, the care is still good.

We had an early morning flight, so we needed a driver at 3:30 am. Our driver was early, got us to the airport in record time. Very satisfied.

When requesting an uber go to the boarding area (which is on the upper floor, there is an elevator that takes us there) we usually go to the landing, and the local taxi drivers do not inform this, they lie that the uber changes its location, just to win in the resignation of the race, or any other story.

Very disappointed. I arrived at 4pm, it took me 1 hour in immigration, then I picked up my luggage and when I went to the pick up area, nobody was waiting for us. We waited for 1 hr and then I called to Viator and then I was told that they will try to email the dispatcher and they will call me back in 40 minutes. Nothing ever happened. I called one more time, I spoke with another agent, and I was told that they will try to find another dispatcher, but they never called me back or sent anybody to pick me and my family up. I was told for the 2nd time that Viator was unable to get a hold of a dispatcher which we then had to wait another hour. When I spoke with the 3rd agent, she informed me that I was able to get a refund for this booking. I am requesting a FULL refund for my booking, which was scheduled for 12/20 and also for 12/27. Please advise what information is needed so I can receive my entire refund for this poor experience.
