Slappna av i vetskapen om att du är i trygga händer hos en lokal kvalificerad chaufför och Guide som visar dig vad bussarna inte får se. Ät lunch i den pittoreska fiskebyn Portmagee
Kerry Cliffs är spektakulära och enligt mig vackrare än Cliffs of Moher. Ta en 5 minuters promenad upp till klipporna förbi ponnyer och lamor i fältet. Se kopian Beehive Huts. Du kan gå ända ut till kanten av klipporna, oroa dig inte, det finns ett säkerhetsstängsel. Du får en spektakulär utsikt över Skelligs, två stora öar av klippor som kommer upp ur havet. Området är en fristad för fågelliv och är fullt av häckande sjöfåglar tidigt på året. 6 € pp anmälningsavgift
Vi kommer att stanna i den vackra byn Sneem för lite förfriskningar och kanske lite tårta eller lokal Ic Cream
Passera genom staden Caherciveen, födelseplatsen för den irländska frihetssångaren Daniel O Connell, se den enda kyrkan i Irland som inte är tillägnad ett helgon, Daniel O Connell Memorial Church
Vi stannar vid Bog Village, ser svältstugor, stugor som visar irländskt liv på 1930-talet, matar de irländska varghundarna, en av världens största hundar. Mycket att se och göra här.
En höjdpunkt på Touren, se en världsmästare Shepherd med sina Border Collies ge en demonstration om fårvallning. Ett nöje att se människan och hunden i aktion.

Our private Ring of Kerry tour with Joe was outstanding! We went as a family of four and had a fantastic experience. Joe is very kind and knowledgeable and knows the best spots. We loved every stop on the itinerary and had time to enjoy everything (though it’s hard to choose, highlights were the Kells Sheep Trials, Kerry Cliffs, and lunch in Portmagee). Would highly recommend booking with Joe, as we would be more than happy to tour with him again in the future! A major highlight on our trip to Ireland for sure.

We spent two weeks in Ireland with many amazing experiences but touring the Ring of Kerry was definitely one of the highlights! Michael’s company made the day even more enjoyable as he made sure that we didn’t miss out on anything! Even in the chilly rain the Cliffs of Kerry and Torc waterfall were both breathtaking. The Daniel O’Connor cathedral was even more enjoyable than St Patrick’s Cathedral in Dublin because we weren’t sharing it with 1000 of our new best friends! We also enjoyed the sheep dog demo and Bog Village. It was wonderful for my husband to sit back and enjoy the scenery rather than navigating the narrow rural roads and of course Michael knew the best places to indulge in a yummy lunch, delectable chocolate and a single half pint of Guinness!
The tour was excellent! Joe had great recommendations for food and various stops, and clearly was well known and loved in the Kerry community! He was very knowledgeable on the history and extremely helpful! The vehicle was clean and comfortable, no complaints! Thanks Joe!

Joe was fantastic! He took us around the Ring of Kerry and showed us some wonderful views! We traveled as a family with 2 older grandparents and he really helped to get them as close as he could to the sights. His lunch choice was delicious and we would definitely go back. All in all, we had a great tour and would highly recommend Joe!

Joe was fantastic! I am traveling with my 18 and 22 year old kids and we all would give more than 5 stars if we could. Great recommendation for lunch and treats along the way. The scenery and information along the way were fantastic.

We were very excited for our private ring of Kerry tour, until we were notified that our tour was being cancelled, after we had paid. We received literally 48 hours notice with no reason for the cancellation. The email we received also said "Good news, your money will be refunded". We were very disappointed, since this was something we had booked in February. We were left scrambling trying to find any tour let alone a private tour so close to our date. I would NOT recommend using Kerry Private Tours, after our experience.
I am very sorry about the cancellation at short notice. I was rushed to hospital for an emergency procedure. All bookings were informed of the situation but for some reason you were missed I take pride in my service to customers and have a full 5 star record. Please again accept my apologies. wonderful day out with Paddy Keane who took over for Joe who was under the weather . He switched a couple stops to fit our needs which was much appreciated . We were traveling with 3 generations aged 5 to 70 . We all had the best time! We got to see a ring fort up close and drove the Skellig Ring saw The Kerry Cliffs which were amazing the dark cliffs and turquoise water so beautiful and so many other amazing stops. It was a day we will always remember. Worth every penny for our group !

Joe was a perfect guide for Steves and my day in Killarney and Ring of Kerry. He was so knowledgeable, personable, kind, funny, had great history clips, family oriented, and showed us the most amazing sites and stops along the way. Our driver, Joe, was excellent! He was extremely flexible and was very patient with my wife who has bad knees and must take it slowly. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the heart of Ireland.
