Maris was great, met us at the airport with clear signage and was very informative about Riga and the places to see on our journey to the hotel. So good we booked him for the return journey back to the airport which was easy to arrange.

Maris provided us with impeccable Service throughout our stay! We visited the castles in Latvia and Lithuania as well as the hill of 1000 crosses. It was a specific circuit adapted to our wishes of 16 hours, long but beautiful day! With punctuality, courtesy and cheerfulness we were regularly transferred from the hotel to the various restaurants and activities. Our driver Maris welcomed us directly at the airport with a name tag – which was very helpful and immediately created trust. Particularly attentive: Even before we left, we were offered a fresh water bottle – a small gesture that means a lot. The vehicle was like new, top maintained, clean and very comfortable. You immediately felt safe and comfortable. Maris was extremely friendly, accommodating and quiet – simply a professional across the board. The ride was really very pleasant. Also the price-performance ratio was absolutely convincing! For what you get – top service, comfort and reliability – you pay less than with many conventional taxis, which often charge double for a trip to Riga city centre. More than just a ride. It was a very special and memorable experience. On time, courteous, sensitive to my needs....a little extra help walking stairs, etc. Very clean comfortable car. I felt secure with Maris's safe driving even in the pouring rain. He also shared history of the regions, etc. So on a scale from one to five stars, I'd give this TEN**********!
