Upptäck Ribera del Duero i ett avslappnat tempo på denna tvåvinstur med hotellhämtning från Madrid. Designad för vinälskare på alla nivåer, ger denna upplevelse dig en smak av regionens hyllade Tempranillo-viner. Vi besöker två noggrant utvalda vingårdar, anpassade efter din vinkunskapsnivå och den typ av upplevelse du letar efter; oavsett om det är att utforska moderna källare, träffa familjevinmakare eller dyka in i regionens historia. Vid varje stopp får du njuta av en guidad provning av tre viner som ger dig en riktig smak av Ribera del Duero. Mellan besöken tar vi en paus för lunch på en lokal restaurang (egen betalning), där du kan njuta av regionala specialiteter eller något lättare i din egen takt. Med max 8 gäster från max 2 grupper är atmosfären avslappnad, flexibel och alltid personlig. Vårt andra besök är ett relativt nytt projekt, men ett som grundats av människor med en lång historia av vinframställning. Vi går genom vingårdarna (om vädret tillåter) för att prata om vinodling och för att visa dig en liten struktur som kallas en "guardaviña". Vi går sedan in i vingården för att diskutera de olika processerna som används i deras vinframställning innan vi går till katedralens åldringsrum. Vårt besök avslutas med en provning av tre viner och snacks.
Lunch (valfritt och ingår inte i priset): Om du vill äta lokalt ger vi dig lite tid att njuta av en lokal traditionell lunch med diande lamm. Vi kommer att göra reservationer inför turnén med en av våra favoritrestauranger. Om du föredrar det kan vi hoppa över lunchen och gå direkt till det andra besöket.
Med start i Val Sotillo kommer vi att förklara de olika viktiga punkterna om D.O Ribera del Duero innan vi ger oss ut på en rundtur i vingården för att lära oss om vinifieringsmetoder som kommer att leda oss in i ett nätverk av underjordiska tunnlar, en grundläggande del av vinframställningens historia i området.

What an awesome tour with Michael. We checked out two wineries, each with their own unique winemaking style and model. Michael is very knowledgeable and passionate in wine. He took great care of us and explained everything so patiently. The lunch he arranged was fantastic, especially the baby lamb! Highly recommend this tour.

We truly had a wonderful experience with Michael. He was always punctual and, before our trip, very communicative to ensure we had the best experience possible. Michael picked us up from our hotel in Madrid and then we visited two wineries in Ribera del Duero. In between the two winery visits, we stopped at a terrific place for lunch as well that Michael recommended. The first winery was more modern and there was no skimping on the tasting. The second winery was almost ancient with winding tunnels in underground caves and also delicious wine. And lunch was basically a Michelin starred restaurant without the insane prices; amazing. We are looking forward to returning to Spain and exploring more of the wine regions with Michael again!
