Private transfer from the airport to the city of Rhodes where I was staying. The driver Peter was nice, friendly, and kind; while chatting, he gave me some tips on where to visit and which restaurants to try, telling me he would send me a message with all the locations, and that was done a few hours later. The price of the ride is also not excessive.

I had a fantastic taxi ride home to Faliraki from Rhodes with Peter from Rhodian Transfer! He was so friendly, the car was comfortable, and the service was excellent. He also went out of his way to give us a long list of recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing in the area! Overall it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend this company enough! The day we flew out, there was a huge thunderstorm across Europe and we were unfortunately delayed by 4.5 hours. When we did arrive at Rhodes airport, there was another delay with our bags which resulted in them arriving over an hour after we landed, making the total delay time around 6 hours after the time we booked. Despite all this, they were incredibly helpful and kind! Sophia kept communication throughout and even though they were extremely busy and had other cases like ours, they went above and beyond to ensure we could still be picked up. The drivers were absolutely lovely and so knowledgable of Rhodes. We had Peter and Vasilis drive us and they were a pleasure to talk to throughout. Peter had some great tips on where to eat etc. We will 100% use this company when we come back!! Thank you for the fantastic service!

The service delivered by this company was unbelievable during our holiday. We had 3 different drivers all three were very welcoming when entering the vehicle and also giving us advice on the best places to go and see during our stay. We wouldn’t use any other company during our stay. The price was very reasonable even dropping the price when I found a cheaper service ( I did send proof of this ). I would recommend anyone to use this service they were always on time. I was stood in the wrong area for a pick up the driver was very patient with me on the phone and directed to right area as he couldn’t stop to pick us up in the area I was stood or he would have been more than willing to come and pick us up from where we was. 5 star service and very thank for the team for making holiday more enjoyable and not having to worry about travel.

Excellent service. Were contacted when we landed at Rhodes airport & directed to where we were being picked up. Driver (Aris) was very polite & helped with our cases & delivered us safely to the Oceanis Park hotel.

We booked the Rhodian transfer through Welcomepickup for our family vacation. Our flight was delayed by more than 6 hours. In the meantime, it was also unclear when we would arrive in Rhodes. We communicated very easily via WhatsApp. The driver gave us the option to reschedule the ride for a different time slot. Although it was unclear in the meantime when we would actually land in Rhodes. The communication via WhatsApp was very quick, and we received prompt feedback in no time. It was no problem at all for the driver to postpone the ride. They helped us with all our concerns regarding the transfer as well as the delay. The driver was very friendly and polite and also gave us some tips for our surroundings. The ride in general was very relaxed. The car was also spacious and clean. Overall, it can be said that the service is excellent. We would always book a transfer with Rhodian Transfer again.

Peter was a lovely driver who went out of his way to send us a list of recommendations, the whole service was organised and professional from start to finish. Would use these guys over and over again.

Very impressed. I forgot to book from airport until last minute. Literally an hour before I left for the airport! Sophia from the company messaged before I’d left home to confirm my booking & where driver would be waiting, with a name sign. She also messaged me at departure gate to say flight was showing as arriving 45 mins delayed & she’d adjusted my booking. The airline staff denied any delay until capt announced it on board 30 mins later! On late arrival driver was in arrivals hall, holding my name sign out. He took my bag & offered me a welcome cold bottle of water & complimentary snack bar of sesame & honey. His driving was very smooth & he was happy to answer all my tourist questions. Finally after he dropped me off, Sophia messaged again to check I was happy & even supplied a list of recommendations for eateries & activities! Extremely helpful as a solo traveller. Throughly recommend!
