The visit to the Ouzoud Falls was a very nice experience. The landscape is spectacular, with impressive views that are definitely worth it. We especially want to highlight the sincerity and warmth of our guide, Karim, who made the visit much more enjoyable by explaining everything with honesty and without rushing, which is greatly appreciated. I'm sorry to say, but there's been a scam. I try to be quick and to make you understand the unfortunate situation that I found myself in. Arrived by bus at the parking lot of the falls the guide told me that I should give him extra money, I despite I IMMEDIATELY contacted Viator warning them of what was happening DID NOT HELP ME! I point out that the money requested was not for lunch or tip but a real extortion made by the guide. SHAME because the place and experience are beautiful, but rely on other more serious operators!

From beginning to end, our time was simply amazing! Achraf, our guide, was a true gem; he was friendly, professional, and constantly made sure we were comfortable and happy. Learning about the local culture was a true pleasure thanks to his captivating explanations. The smooth experience was further enhanced by the excellent transportation arrangements. The journey was fascinating at every turn, and I can't express how much pleasure I had. Anyone looking for adventure and cultural immersion should definitely check out this trip, in my opinion. Without a doubt, count me in for another visit!

The Ouzoud waterfall is breathtaking! Achraf, our guide, was incredibly experienced and filled us with a ton of information. At each stop, our large tour group was divided into three groups according to the language (English, Spanish and French), but we all finished the walk together. The only downside is that it is really crowded and you can not swim at the base of the waterfall.

We had a great time visiting the waterfall, and our guides, Achraf and Abdel, were really helpful to my mother when she needed it. The only problem we had was that it felt a little hurried; we didn't have time to visit the small stores owned by the local villagers. Take appropriate footwear because you will be walking downhill to reach the waterfall's base and then trekking back up. Even individuals wearing sneakers were slipping a little bit because of the dry, dusty fine sand and dry muck. But all in all, the trip was enjoyable.
