Not a good experience, the bus incharge left the bus from the pickup and then messaged me ..... The boat is not a speed boat and also the food quantity was limited..... Overall an average express

Our tour was Friday 1st May 2026. Five star tour but rates as 4 star due to the tour guide rushing us. When we arrived at Sunset City, we made our way to the cable car. Tour guide did not give any directions except ‘follow me’.she raced ahead and at times we could not see or find her. Very disorientating. Perhaps some clear instructions as to what to expect, where to go prior to leaving the bus. Queue for the cable car was very stressful, people pushing and shoving their way through. Again, lost our tour guide. Cable car ride was wonderful with great views. Arrived at the water park, which was amazing. Decided to go to the beach as advised by our tour guide, no instructions on how to get there. Wandered around for 45 minutes to find out beach access was by buggy only. This would have been good to know prior, again, not enough information provided. The rest of the tour was spot on. Snorkelling, rest stop for lunch and speedboat back to main island marina. Upon disembarking, tour guide took off, none of us knew where the bus was so walked hoping we would find her and the bus, which we did. Tour guide offered for anyone to stay for the sunset, which they would need to make their own way back, which was made clear. However bus dropped about 7 people on the side of the road just outside Sunset City, no instructions on where to go. These people looked very confused, tour guide offered no help, just waved bye. They were basically dumped on the side of the road. Again, fantastic tour, but very poor instructions and directions by tour guide.

Well organise and easy to book tour. The staff are friendly. On the boat, lunch were provided. While the food taste so-so, there were 5 dishes and a soup. Amazing to cook on the boat. With hunger, it served the purpose.

My tour guide Khánh was great and very helpful Very cheerful person and helped us with our last two days of the trip to south of phu quoc Would recommend him anytime!

This was the most underwhelming and crowded snorkeling tour I’ve ever been on. Although some of the sites were very beautiful pretty much all the coral reefs were dead, except for a few fish. Besides this, the tour guides were very pushy and impatient. I never write bad reviews, but to top it all off, they charged us for three people. And we only had two. I requested a refund for this mishap and they were unaccommodating and unwilling to give back my refund. I wouldn’t ever want to book with them again

We had an excellent experience with John’s Tours on their premium 4-island speedboat trip. From start to finish, everything was very well organised and ran smoothly. What really made the difference was the small group size (around 15 people), which gave the whole trip a much more relaxed and “luxury” feel compared to the larger, crowded tours. We were also taken to spots that felt far less busy, so we could properly enjoy the beaches and snorkelling without the usual crowds. The speedboat itself was comfortable and efficient, allowing us to maximise time on the islands rather than travelling. A special mention goes to our guide, Khánh, who was outstanding throughout the day—friendly, attentive, and very professional. He made sure everyone was well looked after and added a personal touch to the experience. The itinerary was perfectly balanced with a mix of snorkelling, beach time, and a nice lunch, and the whole day felt great value for money. If you’re looking for a more premium, well-organised island tour in Phu Quoc, this is definitely the one to book.

Getting on and off the boat was dangerous and slippery. Trash everywhere in the sea. Crap food. Last spot can’t even sit without paying.

It was very well organised with all attention to details. Khanh was an amazing guide and helped us through everything. We had specifically requested for a vegetarian meal which they very kindly and happily arranged for us. Very good experience.

Tours are bad. We bought a tour choosing from a flyer via the hotel (Sunset Beach Resort Phu Quoc) but the experience was not good. The flyer did not say that the stop for the underwater walk (for a fee) was mandatory and those who did not had to wait on the boat. The boat used was not the one described but a small shuttle, with about 30 seats, usually used only for quick movements. Lunch on the boat became lunch on an island (good and pleasant lunch BUT the brocure indicated another service). the beaches where we stopped would also be nice but dangerous as boats and jet skis passed making it dangerous to swim. The pleasant snorkeling moment, but in a really reduced stretch of coast. An experience designed for a tourism that has no interest in seeing the sea, swimming and exploring but only to take some selfies on the beach. last thing the cable car is very nice, but we had to do 1.5 hours in a row to be able to get back away. the guide had told us that max 40 minutes would be enough.
