Terrible service, they did not comply with anything they agreed to, more expensive than the rest and the worst, they left us late and the boats did not comply with the schedules, three boats made us wait
Conforme respondemos em outro canal, temos bastante compromisso com horários e, mesmo com imprevistos que algumas vezes acontecem, trabalhamos ao máximo para contorna-los e atender a todos. Hoje o que acontece nas travessias da Ilha, é que nós e algumas outras empresas não temos barcos próprios e com isso o parceiro dono do barco, organiza a entrada dos grupos conforme ele acredita ser a melhor forma. Pode ter acontecido no dia da sua travessia de um grupo de outra companhia ter pego um barco primeiro, devido a quantidade de pessoas ou por já estar atrasado e sempre embarcamos todos (que nos contrataram) sem distinção alguma. I transferred to Angra dos Reis on a bench with several suitcases next to it, so cramped that I couldn't move during the trip. The service for purchasing the ticket was also horrible, so complicated that it took me almost a day to complete the purchase, including questions, answers, questionnaires and payments. Everything to travel with suitcases almost on top of the passenger.

I contracted the transfer, went to the meeting point and left me waiting. First, the driver took transit, then he was already in the garage, then the van had a technical problem. All this I was on the street, in the desert, at 6h. I woke up at 4h30 for nothing. At 7h30 I had not yet arrived. I had to go and get back from Uber, because I would not risk again.

We had a trip scheduled now in May to Ilha Grande and decided to close in mid-March with Enterprise the transfer. However, due to the heavy rains that occurred the following month we chose to cancel. Before requesting the cancellation, I asked for information about how their refund policy would be and what I was told was that the request would be made between the day 05 and 10 of the following month (as I realized in April, the refund should be made this month). But until now I haven’t got my money back. Daily I have sent a message via whats asking for a position and every day is a different excuse. They said that they had opened a request for cancellation of the purchase and that they would send me the proof but so far nothing. The feeling I have is that they don't care about the consumer experience. At first, although I had canceled the trip I had even thought about going back to Ilha Grande and seeking the services of the Enterprise again, but after all this situation, I do not recommend to anyone.

Enterprise note 1000, we were super satisfied with the service and punctuality on arrival of the transfer, we were treated very well, the drivers are very friendly and helpful. I closed 4 transfer services with this Enterprise, me and my family that we traveled in 10 people are very satisfied.
